Outlook Running Very Slow and Laggy
Hi everyone, I’ve been having issues with Microsoft Outlook running extremely slow lately. It takes a long time to open, switching between emails is laggy, and sometimes it even freezes for a few seconds. I haven’t made any major changes to my system, but I do have a large mailbox and several folders, so I’m wondering if that could be the cause. I’ve tried restarting my computer and closing other apps, but the problem still continues. Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be slowing it down? Any tips to improve performance would be really appreciated. Thanks Mary
Please help, i think i have some kind of "stuck hack" on my Outlook account
Let me explain: Since past February, i started noticing a pattern while checking my e-mails. Everty time i receive an e-mail, it instantly "Re-sends" itself, i have the Re-sent icon on it by the second i receive the e-mail. As if... some hacker has installed some kind of back door or hack or something that has my account hacked or so, so everytime i receive an e-mail, it instantly re-sends it to another one. How do i know this? Simple. On my junk mail, i received nuymerous e-mails from Outlook itself that tell me that it's unable to re-send a mail because the destination's e-mail inbox is full, and i now have that e-mail and such, took a screenshot so i can see what i can do. But i dunno how to operate any further, i dunno how to block that e-mail so it won't automatically re-send to it anymore, and it wouldn't solve the main problem, either! In other words, my account is hacked and SOMEBODY uses it, and i already have my 2-step verification from my phone and deleted every device using this account except my phone and my computer, to no avail, my mail is either still being used by someone... or it's hacked. Does someone know what should i do? Thanks
Classic Outlook folder and favorites issues
I have a single user who is experiencing the most frustrating issues with outlook classic. Pinned favorites My co-worker has 3 accounts in her Outlook and pins the inboxes of those accounts to her favorites. Every time she reboots her PC, some or all of the pined inboxes are removed from her favorites. She can add them again, but they do not stay. My co-worker has organized all of her saved email into many folders within the 3 email accounts. We setup outlook to cached mode and to download the most recent year. she used to get the link in folders to see items older than a year. Sometimes all items even older than a year will display, sometimes no messages show. She has learned that when messages are not loading into folders, she can reboot her PC to get the items to load. I have deleted and reinstalled office 365 apps, created a new outlook profile, I even had her login to the 3 accounts rather than relying on permissions being granted via the server. I am unsure what else to do. Can someone assist me? We do work with an outside tech firm and their solution was to use the new outlook but that came with a list of things that would not work. I'd simply like to get classic outlook to function as expected.
Is there a Hub for Win 10? I'm having issues with Classic Outlook Win 10.
Greetings: I use Win 11 on another laptop but I still have my Dell Inspirion which cannot upgrade to Win 11. It uses Classic Outlook. And it has the default email and one gmail account. But it will not accept other gmail account no matter what I do. I've reset, started in safe mode, removed the other gmail accounts (except one,) which works fine. Any ideas? I would like to use this Dell for work which does not require 5G internet. Everythig seems to work find, except Outlook. Thank you for any help.
After all these years, why is Outlook's "contacts" so BAD
Click on "New email" Click in the "To" box, adn start typing .... Outlook (sometimes) provides a drop-down of contacts that it thinks you're trying for... It's this. This list is less than useless. And has been for years. And years. In fact, it's never been any good or use. It just puts up random names/addresses that may r may not have any similarity to what you've typed. It's hard to fathom why Microsoft has let this "feature" remain so bad and useless for so long. Surely you can do better than this?Outlook Not Sending Emails – Messages Stuck in Outbox
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with Microsoft Outlook where my emails won’t send and keep getting stuck in the Outbox. My internet connection seems fine, and I can still receive emails, but nothing goes out. I’ve tried restarting Outlook and my computer, but the issue is still there. Has anyone faced this before or knows what could be causing it? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!
Recognition Tool for Outlook?
Hi community, Our HR team noticed that we could really benefit from integrating recognition and praise into Outlook, since it does serve as this sort of secondary communication channel for us, the first being Teams. Is Microsoft's Praise a good option? Can we connect it to Outlook? Or does anyone use a third-party app that fits in smoothly?

Hasta hace pocos días cuando aparecia este mensaje el puntero del ratón se quedaban apuntando a autorizar el borrado (SI). After Winter, the New Outlook Desktop client is coming ;-) This new Outlook 365 client will kindly but surely be pushed by Microsoft for customers with a 365 license to install the Office 365 suite. In some configuration, users have the Office 365 suite but use the current Outlook client (Version 2510 Click to run ) to connect to Exchange SE servers because, for regulatory reasons, mailboxes must be based on the national territory. I am therefore wondering about the Microsoft support policy for customers using both the office click to run suite with 0365 features and eventually the famous and new Outlook client connected to the Exchange Subscriber Edition environment Will this situation be technically supported by Microsoft or will it be necessary for these clients specifically to use another Outlook Desktop client than the one provided in the ClickToRun suite? Hi, We use a specific m365 account for email blasts...and have 10 contact groups withing that account (and not a distro from m365), each contact group has a limit of 1000 contacts (limitation from microsoft), so we have 10 such groups as we send out to about 9000 people total (and microsoft has a limit of sending 10,000 emails per day per account). Issue is a lot of times we get undeliverables because people in the groups either no longer work there or whatever...so its tough to clean up. Is there a better way to do this? 1. For the contact groups itself? I thought a out creating a distro in m365 but then I have to add the 900p contacts into our tenant which would be annoying 2. Sending the blasts (without a crm or something like constant contact) 3.managing the lists from undeliverables undeliverables undeliverable Thanks all.
Bizarre Yahoo Mail Connection Problem
I have Outlook 365 installed on two Windows 11 Pro PCs. Latest updates. On one PC, I can use Outlook 365 as a mail client for my Yahoo mail account using the "old" interface, No issues. On the other PC, Outlook 365 also used to work as a Yahoo Mail client but started having connection issues. I've tried everything under the run to reconnect Outlook 365 to Yahoo Mail - no dice. This includes completely uninstalling and trying to reinstall Outlook 365. Here is where it gets bizarre. If I switch to the "new interface" the Yahoo Mail account shows up and connects. Switch back to the old interface, Yahoo Mail disappears. I hate the new interface and need Outlook 365 to work on this second PC the same way it works on the first one. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Community A bit of an odd question this one. Our HR team started realizing we rely on Outlook a lot for communication sometimes even more than Teams (Oddly enough). We are planning to send our regular anonymous employee engagement surveys and maybe our annual reviews through Outlook. Does anyone have any experience with surveys and review forms inside Outlook? I have Outlook for Mac, new Outlook, with a Microsoft 365 custom domain account. I wasn't to create a Contact List. I have some addresses that I want to add that are not in my account Contacts. I have outlook version 16.106.1 and for some reason the attach file icon is not active. Can I get some advice on how I can activate this so I can add attachments to events I schedule in my calendar. I don't seem to be able to even copy over emails to scheduled events. Any advice appreciated.
