Outlook Not Sending Emails – Messages Stuck in Outbox
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with Microsoft Outlook where my emails won’t send and keep getting stuck in the Outbox. My internet connection seems fine, and I can still receive emails, but nothing goes out. I’ve tried restarting Outlook and my computer, but the issue is still there.
Has anyone faced this before or knows what could be causing it? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

In Outlook, go to Send/Receive and select Work Offline.
Open the Outbox and delete the oldest message, or move it to Drafts and remove any large attachments.
Select Work Offline again to reconnect, then choose Send All.
If you're using classic Outlook, go to File, Options, Advanced, and make sure Send immediately when connected is enabled.
If even a small test email is still stuck in the Outbox, use Microsoft's support troubleshooting tools or ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to check the mailbox and service status.
You might want to check the outgoing (SMTP) server settings and make sure Outlook isn’t in “Work Offline” mode. Also try clearing the message stuck in the Outbox and restarting Microsoft Outlook, as that often fixes the issue.
