How to import 365 Web Outlook emails to a desktop 365 Outlook?

Which explains my problem not being able to add another account to my desktop 365 Outlook.

Been there. Attempted that. Seems there's a problem with BT handling Outlook data.
Hi there, there is no importing, you need to just set up the account in Outlook.
