Office outlook 365 .. where are emails saved?
I have office outlook (not the desktop version), i.e. https://outlook.office.com/mail/
After hours of searching I have found no way to save/export all my emails to a new computer.
The office outlook does not have any export function even for the archive folder.
The new computer has a 365 desktop outlook.

Sorry to say, Hornblower409 it didn't work.
I carefully followed the instructions but failure at final step or no connect and no error.
Just sits as per the attached screen
Frustration.

Because you’re using the web version of Microsoft Outlook (Outlook on Office 365), there is no export feature there. Your emails are already stored in your Microsoft account on the server, not on the computer, so you don’t need to export anything.On your new computer, just add the same email account to the Outlook 365 desktop app and all your emails, folders, and archive will automatically sync and appear.

Sorry to post in an irrelevant thread but I can't see any way to start a new thread. Please could someone let me know how to do this? All I see when I log in to the Outlook group is the following:

Hello.
I followed your instructions and Outlook add account found my Outlook Web account when searching.
However would no complete adding the account due to an unknown failure.
I followed the action to report the problem but no response so far.
Should I be doing something else?

Outlook Web has no ability to export emails in bulk.

Since all of your data is on the Microsoft Mail servers, you should be able to just add your account to your new Outlook Desktop app and it will sync (pull down a copy of all of your data) with the email server.
