Office outlook 365 .. where are emails saved?
Hello.
I followed your instructions and Outlook add account found my Outlook Web account when searching.
However would no complete adding the account due to an unknown failure.
I followed the action to report the problem but no response so far.
Should I be doing something else?

Could you please try to add your account again and capture/post a screen shot of the error you are seeing.

This presents your question to a much larger audience and gets you access to the Outlook Subject Matter Support Specialist who monitor that forum.
You will have to do a "Advanced/Manual" setup for btconnect. The Outlook auto enroll process doesn't seem to work for that email provider.
Use the "Change Account Settings" button and feed it the Settings as shown in this Support Doc.
