I have to use the New Outlook to be prepared for the eventuality when Microsoft forces the change. I'm missing notifications for emails coming in when it has mailbox rules to organize it. The Notification Center in Windows is ok, but there should be a way in the rules to set a notification in a window like the Reminders window. being able to set a specific sound would be beneficial as well. I've had to resort to using Categories and constantly checking Outlook to see if I missed anything. This has resulted in missing many time-sensitive alerts and emails. Such as a Midnight internet outage at a business-critical building on my day off. Resulting in 6 hours of downtime during business rather than a resolution before business opening.3.7KViews3likes3CommentsWhat is the best way to conduct surveys through Outlook?
We want our employees to receive regular employee engagement surveys through Outlook. What would be the best way to set up this automation? We would also like to build these surveys in a detailed manner with enps and rating questions, and would like to be able to analyze results in detail. Any recommendations?47Views0likes1CommentOutlook for Mac missing ToDo
Since a recent update, our Mac clients don't have any way to view ToDo or Tasks in the New Outlook. The tasks don't show in the My Day/Task pane, nor do we have a ToDo Icon ion the left sidebar like users of New Outlook on Windows do. Accessing OWA is now the only way for users to see tasks/flagged emails, but very much not the preferred solution since there IS a desktop client which should do that. Microsoft® Outlook for Mac Version 16.105 (26011018) This is a serious usability issue, is this really a design decision or some sort of an issue?3KViews8likes10CommentsSignature - Table Borders Showing
My work colleagues have outlook signatures. They use tables and the borders in their tables don't show. I created my signature in Microsoft word and made mine look very similar and made the borders transparent. I used these settings to make the border of the tables transparent: I pasted it into the signature in Outlook, but the borders show. The editor in Outlook does not give the option to remove the borders. What do I do?69Views0likes4CommentsNew Outlook autocompletes an address that is no longer in use and I can't seem to delete it
Topic says it all, really. Client of mine has a new company and when I type the start of his name Outlook autocompletes for his old company even though it is no longer in my address book and his contact is updated with new information. I seem to recall there used to be an "x" that would let me delete incorrect autocompletes, but I can't find anything and Copilot has no useful suggestions. The autocomplete comes up in both the web version of Outlook--I basically never use this--on my PC which I primarily use, and IOS.123Views0likes3CommentsImportant email completely disappeared when sending
I am using office 365. I spend a lot of time writing this email. It included one other email as an attachment. When I sent it it simply disappeared. The only sign that it had ever existed is the following failure message: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Re: Mr Elliot Gingold - quote for recliner - Urgent Sent: 28/05/2026 5:18 PM The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: S****** 28/05/2026 5:26 PM ****** on 28/05/2026 5:26 PM E******x on 28/05/2026 5:26 PM This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. __________________________________________________ Diagnostic information for administrators: __________________________________________________ Error is [0x80040305-0x00000000-0x00000000]. No trace of it in Drafts, Outbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, or anywhere else! The only mistake on my part I can find is that I am now using New Outlook!! Is there any way I can get my email back again? Or is the time I spent on witing this email gone up in smoke?? User is on Windows 10 Enterprise. In Outlook > File > Options > Mail > Message Arrival, notifications and banners are turned on. In System Settings > Notifications, notifs are on, Outlook is allowed, and banners are turned on. Focus assist is off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Weirdly, I wanted to check if a rule was causing this so I tried to get into the user's Rules and Alerts, but it won't open. That's when I tried the reinstall, and it still won't let us in that section... Any thoughts?!4.1KViews0likes5CommentsUnable to print e-mails in outlook.cloud.microsoft web site.
Clicking on print does nothing. Toolbar's icon gr(a/e)ys out after pressing it. Have to use Chrome's file menu's print, but that's not a printer friendly format. Is anyone else having this problem too today? This is in updated Chrome in an updated macOS Sequoia v15.7.7 in an old 13" 2020 Intel MacBook Pro. I tried rebooting, clearing caches, and removing uBlock Origin. None of those helped. Did MS break it? It was fine last week before the weekend. Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)91Views0likes1CommentSynchronization issue in New Outlook for Mac – ״Failed to refresh subscriptions.״
Hello, I am using Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) on Mac, running macOS 26.1 (Tahoe). My Outlook client is: Outlook for Mac Version 16.103.3 (25113013), with a Microsoft 365 Subscription license. Since yesterday morning, in the New Outlook interface, my inbox has suddenly appeared empty, and I constantly receive the following error message: “Failed to refresh subscriptions.” It’s important to note: In Legacy Outlook, everything works perfectly. The web version and the Outlook app on my mobile phone also work well. The issue persists regardless of the network I am on (home, office, cellular, etc.). Troubleshooting steps I already tried: • Updating Outlook to the latest version • Removing and re‑adding the account • Clearing cache and preferences • Formatting my Mac and reinstalling everything from scratch Unfortunately, none of these steps has resolved the issue. Is this a known bug, and is there a recommended workaround or an upcoming fix? Appreciate assistance on that issue.1.2KViews1like6Comments
