Unable to create Partner Center account
Let me start by saying that there are multiple threads on this issue, but the responses I've seen have not helped me to resolve this issue. I've exhausted all of my options at this point. I am attempting to create a partner center account. I'm based in the United States, and after submitting a valid D-U-N-S and EIN and the required information, I receive this error: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: {Reference Number} and transaction ID: {Transaction ID}. It is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket in the partner center as is recommended on other threads and on the Microsoft documentation. When you attempt to create a support ticket, the "Workspace" is a required field, but no options are available because the original error takes place prior to being able to create a workspace. I want to reiterate - it is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket to resolve this issue.SolvedvizierdataMar 06, 2025Copper Contributor694Views0likes7CommentsMicrosoft Partner Center: Verification fails at "Employment verification"
Our verification also fails at "Employment verification". No information is displayed, no email is sent. Clicking the "Fix Now" button does nothing. An endless loop of rejections. What's going on at Microsoft? Don't you want our apps in your store? Our D-U-N-S number, which we have provided to you, is unique. Our domain is unique. You can look up our company in the commercial register. We have been successful in the Apple and Google Store for many years. I wasted hours today trying to verify the developer account, without success. My patience with Microsoft is slowly running out. The support tickets cannot be viewed with the error: "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." How exactly can we successfully verify our developer account?SolvedCodeniaFeb 14, 2025Brass Contributor564Views1like6CommentsIssue in registration process
Hi, I am trying to register my organization for a partnership (Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program). Goal is to become a "Solution Partner for Data & AI". During the process I get the following error: {"code":2100,"description":"A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity.","data":[],"source":"PartnerAccountEnrollmentApi"} From my current understanding there is no existing partnership registration for my company. Can you please advice on this? Best, CarstenSolvedCarsten70Jan 24, 2025Copper Contributor300Views0likes8CommentsAppeal Microsoft Partner Center Vetting Process
I joined the Microsoft Partner program two days ago. They took my payment, but immediately put me through the rigorous vetting process nitpicking at every little detail, putting me on the Employment verification stage. No mater what document I provided to prove I own my company and my domain - invoice for my domain purchase, proof of my company's status and ownership via my country's company registry - I kept getting rejected for one bleak reason or another.. Finally I ran out of "tries" to the vetting process??? Something that was mentioned absolutely nowhere and there is absolutely no way for me to try and continue with it. I simply got an email saying that I have 30 days to fix the issues or my account will be terminated and yet - no matter of how to approach this issue was mentioned... I created a support ticket explaining the situation and asking for an appeal. I can see my support ticket, but when I click on it - I am met with this amazing message: "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." Can someone advice me how to process from here or should I just wait for the 30 days to pass and HOPE to get my money back for Microsoft wasting my time with vague bureaucracy?SolvedEventHorizonLtdDec 27, 2024Copper Contributor875Views2likes11CommentsError message: unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship'

Hi, I have applied to join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner program and my application was rejected because, I failed the Microsoft standards review. Unfortunately, the email I got from MS Vetting Ops support did not provide any details about what exactly I failed on. I have been trying to appeal by following the recommended process. However, I am unable to edit any details within the Partner portal. I am a global admin for my organisation within both the company's Azure subscription and M365 tenant. Hello everyone, Since July 30th, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with account verification in Microsoft Partner Center and to restore my partner status. Here's a summary of the problem: In April, I successfully completed the verification process by submitting all the required documents to confirm my domain ownership. The documents met all the criteria, including the 12-month validity requirement. On July 30th, my developer status was revoked without any explanation. I have requested clarification several times, but each time I only received requests to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. I resubmitted the documents on August 8th, but I still haven't received any constructive response, just automated messages. Recently, I received a message saying that several attempts to verify my information were unsuccessful, and the process was closed. This could result in my relationship with Microsoft being terminated within 30 days. My team has spent a year learning the Graph API and developing our Outlook application, and now it seems we won’t be able to publish it due to unclear verification issues. Could someone please advise if there is a way to expedite the resolution of this problem? I have submitted all the required documents and met the necessary criteria, yet I continue to face rejections. Here are my support ticket numbers for reference: 2404250040003907 2409030040003632 2408210040001904 2409060040005012 I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed. Thank you!SolvedccodreanuSep 06, 2024Brass Contributor2.4KViews4likes25CommentsStuck at Employment verification rejection
