Employment verification
Hi there, I want to know about Microsoft Partner Employment verification. The problem is when I sent him the Domain Invoice, they rejected it again and again. and said (The domain provided in your submission is insufficient for the requirements of our program.) My company name, Domain and Business email address are same as I filled out. If anyone know, what should I do then please let me know. Actually, I'm new and I don't know what I should do now.
Microsoft Partner Center Account Verification Issues - Steps Unresponsive
Hello fellow members, I am currently facing an issue with the Microsoft Partner Center's account verification process, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or if there's a workaround that I might have missed. I have been trying to verify my account as guided by their official documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/verification-responses). Here are the steps I followed: I went to Account Settings and clicked on the Legal Info, then clicked on the "Fix now" button as instructed. The next step mentions "In Account Verification, from Select document type to upload, select the type of document you want to upload for verification". This is where the problem lies. After Step 1, the "Account Verification" tab or option simply doesn't appear for me. It feels as though the process just halts there. I tried to find a way around it, assuming maybe it's a browser issue or some temporary glitch, but multiple attempts yielded the same result. Through different browsers, different computers at different times. I also raised support tickets regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I haven't received any concrete responses yet. They only keep directing me back to the same steps that are unresponsive. And this has been over a month now and I kinda get stuck. Has anyone here faced a similar challenge or has any insights on how I can proceed with this? I appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get. Thanks in advance!
Stuck on Employment Verification with no indication of issue or how to fix
Greetings, We want to add our app to the Microsoft Store, the submission is ready however we cannot submit until the account has been verified. In the Legal info section we have entered the company details and the process is stuck at Employment Verification. Under rejected there is a clickable "Things to take care" which I assume displays the issues we need to resolve but which on clicking just makes the page jump a bit. It appears there's a javascript error on the page. We have no way to know how to proceed. Has anyone else encountered this? The Partner Center overall seems very buggy. The support requests we have logged generate an error when we try to access them
Issue Accepting Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement
Hello, having an issue accepting the cloud partner agreement while enrolling in Partner Center. I am trying to accept the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement, I have found my organization through DUNS and select continue. The Company Information section of the form comes up, with this error: " The company name isn’t valid. Enter a valid legal company name." Our company via DUNS is "Formstack, LLC" When I click on "Accept and Continue" from the Company Information section of the form, it loads for a moment but nothing happens. I am unable to submit a ticket to support as I am not yet in a Workspace. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
Error message: unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship'
In Partner Center I want to create an admin relationship request for a certain customer. As you can see below I receive an error message when I clicked on 'finalize request'. The details of the error message: We are unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship' request at this time. Be advised anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. If you believe you received this message in error, please try your request again. Click to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/gdap-faq?branch=main#what-action-must-a-partner-perform-for-a-715-123220-error-or-anonymous-connections-are-not-allowed-for-this-service. If the issue persists, contact support and reference message code 715-123220 and Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. I tried to create a request on different times of the day and even my colleague doesn't managed to finalize the request because she also receives the same message. Does anyone here has a solution for this because I need to create this request as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!
