Hi All, we are trying to deliver SC200 course. Out MCTs tell us the courseware is not working at all. Video Links are not working eg. (Playback Error - We are sorry something went wrong) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/videoplayer/embed/RE4yiO5?rel=0&postJsllMsg=true https://www.microsoft.com/videoplayer/embed/RE4bOeh?rel=0 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/videoplayer/embed/RE4bGqo?rel=0&postJsllMsg=true AHL Labs are not working because of cloud slice architecture We (the MCts) use hours to find out how the lab should work in ALH Labs. Missing Permissions Wrong Links I cannot find any contact to get answers to these issues? Can anyone give hints how to discuss these topic. Just to play ping-pong between ALH and "Content Creators" (1 Month Feedback Time) and getting no resolution doesn´t help here. Can you please get back to a working environment. Hello, our Microsoft Partner Center identity verification was rejected with the following message: 'Based on the information you have provided, your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. There are no appeals available, and the application has been closed.' We understand that this application is closed and that no appeal is available for this verification attempt. In addition, we are currently unable to create a support ticket in Partner Center for this verification issue, as the option to submit a ticket is not available to us. Could you please clarify: - What are the recommended next steps after receiving this message? - Is reapplying the correct action in this situation, and if so, what is the proper way to proceed? - Is there a required or recommended waiting period before reapplying? Thank you for your guidance.Pearson Vue storing personal info in US for EU citizens?
We are located in EU and find it quite unacceptable that we need to agree that this company will store private data from an eID on US servers as it says so explicitly before you can book and exam. They say they comply to EU (aka GPDR) regulation, they even have a EU office (but strangely no phone nor email address for that branch on their website.... what?), so sadly a nogo for our company since data needs to reside in EU.Microsoft Elevate Partner Community

Can Partner Success Expanded Benefits Azure Bulk Credits (Production) Be Attached to an Existing Subscription? The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Benefits Guide mentions that Partner Success Expanded Benefits give $4000 Azure Bulk Credits (Production). I've looked through the FAQs and documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/membership/partner-success-core-benefits however, the context does not specify whether these credits can be directly applied to an existing production subscription or if they must be used with a separate Azure Sponsored Subscription. Can those credits be applied to an existing production subscription? It seems logical due to the fact that the name of the benefit is Azure Bulk Credits (Production). I need to have an official confirmation. Thanks in advance.Solved2.5KViews6likes13CommentsIssues with Account Verification and Revoked Partner Status
Hello everyone, Since July 30th, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with account verification in Microsoft Partner Center and to restore my partner status. Here's a summary of the problem: In April, I successfully completed the verification process by submitting all the required documents to confirm my domain ownership. The documents met all the criteria, including the 12-month validity requirement. On July 30th, my developer status was revoked without any explanation. I have requested clarification several times, but each time I only received requests to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. I resubmitted the documents on August 8th, but I still haven't received any constructive response, just automated messages. Recently, I received a message saying that several attempts to verify my information were unsuccessful, and the process was closed. This could result in my relationship with Microsoft being terminated within 30 days. My team has spent a year learning the Graph API and developing our Outlook application, and now it seems we won’t be able to publish it due to unclear verification issues. Could someone please advise if there is a way to expedite the resolution of this problem? I have submitted all the required documents and met the necessary criteria, yet I continue to face rejections. Here are my support ticket numbers for reference: 2404250040003907 2409030040003632 2408210040001904 2409060040005012 I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed. Thank you!SolvedNumber of technical support cases for Partner support
Hi everyone, Has anyone noticed that the ASfP (Advanced Support for Partners) included technical support incidents is reduced to around 20–30 cases this year? Many of our past tickets were not partner troubleshooting issues, but Microsoft backend-required requests (e.g., Azure quota increases for high-demand SKUs/regions) where CSP partners must open a support case for approval. Some tickets even take Microsoft internal team months to check and still no solution found. Curious if others see the same and whether Microsoft should separate backend-required requests from actual technical support incidents. Thanks!REGISTER: Microsoft Elevate H2 Partner Kick‑Off - Feb 3 (EMEA) / Feb 4 (AEDT)
