Unable to complete Partner Center verification – no workspace created (Ref: 715‑123160)
Hi, I am trying to register as a Microsoft Partner, but my verification was blocked with the following message: Reference number: 715‑123160 Transaction ID: 2a392997-f7e1-4325-842c-04eb313593e5 The issue is that because the enrollment was blocked at the trust‑verification stage, no Partner Center workspace was created, so I cannot open a support ticket. The “Contact Support” link takes me to a page with no option to submit a request. I am the Global Admin of the tenant. Could you please escalate this to the Partner Trust & Safety team so they can review my verification and advise on next steps? Hi, I have completed verification for Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and I have the Partner Launch benefits. What is the correct way that I can prove to my customers that I am now an official microsoft partner ? I thought it was the logo builder - but was advised by microsoft that this is not the right place and to ask the question here. Hi moderators, Our Partner Center enrolment is blocked by the automated trust evaluation system, and we cannot open a support ticket because the workspace dropdown is empty (the known issue for blocked enrolments). Requesting escalation to the Vetting and Enrollment / Trust & Safety team for manual review and to clear the block. We are a legitimate, newly registered Australian business and all details match our official government records. Enrolment appears to have been blocked before the profile could be created. Attempting to proceed returns the trust error above. Hello Microsoft Partner Community Team, Our Hardware program is Active and our EV Code Signing certificate is Active, but the Hardware Dashboard workspace is missing. Partner Center Home only shows “My access”. Partner Center Help + support cannot create a support request because the required Workspace dropdown has no results. I also tried to enroll in Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program only to create a workspace for support, but it was blocked by Microsoft Trust. It took eight weeks under ticket 2604250040000011 to be verified. Now that I am verified, I do not have any developer program access or roles to assign. I have raised a new ticket 2606160040010562. JillArmour is there a way to make this actually get resolved please? It's great that I am finally verified, but the intention of the original request was to be able to use the program. My MAICPP enrollment was rejected at the identity verification step with "primary contact details did not match" and no further detail. I'm trying to understand whether the primary contact phone number plays any role in this check before I reapply. Specifically: Is the number checked for line type (mobile vs virtual), or is it just stored as contact info with no verification role?
