Partner Center Enrollment Blocked – Trust Code 715-123160 – Requesting Manual Review
Hello Microsoft Partner Community Team, We are attempting to enroll our company in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, but our registration is being blocked by the automated trust verification system. We are a legitimate, legally registered business operating in the cloud connectivity industry. Our DUNS number and all company information entered during enrollment are accurate and match our official government records. Error details: Reference Number: 715-123160 Transaction ID: 0e136d6b-9164-41c3-be26-9b301c9aac24 Correlation ID: f8085e89-17fd-4b2a-8b47-40aea3030d82 Due to this block, our Partner Center account has no active workspaces, which means we are completely unable to create a support ticket through the standard Partner Center portal. We have also tried the partner.microsoft.com/support page, but it redirects us back to Partner Center — creating a loop with no resolution. We are kindly requesting: Escalation to the Partner Center Vetting / Trust & Safety team for manual review A reset or unblock of our enrollment so we can complete registration Guidance on any documentation required (business registration, address proof, domain ownership, etc.) — we are ready to provide everything immediately for email contact, please contact the email address we leave on the request (format as: email address removed for privacy reasons) Thank you in advance for your assistance.12Views0likes0CommentsEmployment Verification Rejected — No Resolve Button Available
Company: DealTriage Inc. Tenant: demodealtriagedoutlook.onmicrosoft.com Partner Center account: mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons Primary contact: mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons My Employment Verification was rejected. Our domain (dealtriage.ai) is registered through Cloudflare Registrar, which enforces WHOIS privacy with no opt-out — this is why the automated domain check failed. I have documentation ready to upload: an Assignment Letter confirming domain ownership, a Cloudflare domain registration invoice for dealtriage.ai, and our federal Certificate of Incorporation. However, the Resolve/Fix Now button is not visible on my Verification Summary page, and I am unable to create a support ticket through the portal. Requesting the Employment Verification be reopened so I can submit these documents.azizhamza02Apr 27, 2026Copper Contributor61Views1like1CommentLegal Business Profile Verification
Dear Microsoft Support Team, our company assembles large amounts of various industrial computer product lines, which we equip with our self-developed PCIe cards. We are currently in the process of upgrading those product lines from Windows 7 embedded standard to Windows 11. This means we fall under the more strict driver signature enforcement rules, introduced with Windows 10 version 1607. We currently try to get our Windows Kernel Drivers signed via the Windows Hardware Developer Center Dashboard. We enrolled our company as a Hardware Developer in the Microsoft Partner Center and, since I am responsible for our Windows Kernel Drivers, I finished the Identity Verification. What we are now waiting for is the Employment Verification and the Business Verification. Then we can hopefully get my account ready for the Attestation Signing process, which, in turn, optimistically might not take too long(?). It says that for the Employment Verification, a Microsoft Action is pending and it originally stated that this might take up to one week. This week is now over, but nothing changed expect the estimated date by when it shall be finished. This date seems to be automatically increased every day. At the 20th it stated that it is estimated to be finished at the 25th. Today it is estimated to be finished at the 29th. We bought the Windows 11 volume licenses. We bought the EV code signing certificate. The kernel driver is well-tested. I have everything up and running in the TESTSIGNING mode. The only thing we lack is this attestation signing. We are in dire need of shipping these products asap. Is there any possibility to pay for a priority handling or any other way to speed up the whole process? Thank you. with best regards, MichaelAllgaeuer1Apr 27, 2026Copper Contributor76Views1like1CommentNew Address Broke Verification
My business was registered as an MS Partner for 5+ years We recently got a new address, I thought I was doing the right thing updating Microsoft partner portal legal info The account is now unverified in rejected status, there is no 'Fix Now' button. I have submitted multiple cases to Microsoft but no answer, it's been broken for days. We have a project next week and need to purchase licenses from our distributor, but can't if our partner account is rejected. I got am email saying "We’ve successfully verified your Partner Center profile MpnId ...... " But the verification statuis on legal info is still rejected I tried fixing the address again, the Legal Info page is now not working, it doesn't display any company info now. In my support ticket I submitted proof of business registration (ASIC), certificate of ownership for the tenant's main domain as well. Not sure what to do here. If anyone at MS can help, my ticket is ID: 2604180010000646jv389012Apr 23, 2026Copper Contributor120Views1like4CommentsOngoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.younesonesApr 23, 2026Brass Contributor4.1KViews6likes55CommentsURGENT: Blocked from Partner Center Enrollment ("Runs on trust") - Support portals inaccessible
Hello Microsoft Partner Community Team, I am urgently seeking assistance with an automated enrollment block. We are trying to register our business, Connect In Cloud Ltd (UK Companies House: 09550508), for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, but we have triggered the "Microsoft runs on trust" security block. I am completely unable to raise a standard support ticket because my Partner Center dashboard shows no active workspaces, meaning the support form will not allow me to submit a request. Furthermore, the standard business phone support lines drop the call after instructing me to use the broken portal. I need a moderator to please escalate this directly to the Vetting and Enrollment team so I can provide my business documentation, verify my identity, and have this block cleared. Here are my exact error details from the blocked screen: Error: Microsoft runs on trust... your request was blocked. Hi everyone, I'm a managing director of a German GmbH trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. My verification has been permanently rejected at the Identity Verification step — but I was never asked to verify my identity. The Problem I never received any prompt to complete the AU10TIX identity check. No email, no Microsoft Authenticator notification, no link, no button — nothing. Despite this, the Partner Center shows Identity Verification as failed. The banner now states that my organization does not meet the requirements, no further appeals are available, and my application has been closed. I was rejected for a step I was never given the opportunity to perform. What I Observe Every time I update my legal information in Partner Center, the status briefly switches to "Pending" for a few minutes, then immediately flips back to "Rejected." This looks like an automated pre-check is failing before the any visible Identity Verification process is even triggered — but the UI shows Identity Verification as the failed step regardless. What I've Already Done Opened a support ticket — no response yet Verified that all company data is consistent across Partner Center, DUNS/D&B, domain WHOIS, and the German commercial register (Handelsregister) Confirmed that my Authenticator app is linked to the correct work account and checked spam folders — no invitation was ever sent What I Need The Identity Verification step needs to be actually triggered so I can complete the identity check. I have not used any manual appeals as the system declined me before I ever reached the actual identity check. I have my German ID card ready and can complete the verification immediately. I would appreciate any help from the community team or anyone who has experienced a similar situation. Happy to provide any additional details via DM or through my open support ticket. Our company Veri-Tech, Inc. (DUNS 144980978, EIN 41-4881091) is a newly incorporated ISV building a Microsoft 365 compliance SaaS platform. We are attempting to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program on our veri-tech.net tenant but enrollment is blocked by the trust check. We were previously using the domain Veri-Docs.net and suspect that may be one of the issues. We still own that domain but migrated to Veri-Tech.net. We cannot open a support ticket because the workspace dropdown is empty (known issue for blocked enrollments). I want to start by saying that I've had the displeasure for more than a decade as a developer publishing apps on the fruit company and lil green robot company's platforms without anywhere as close to the amount of user confusion and dead ends as here on Microsoft. I started my user journey to sign up for a company account at https://storedeveloper.microsoft.com/en-US/onboarding After a few steps I was delightfully greeted with this, despite being obviously logged into the account to even access these forms: I later found out that the account maybe needs to be re-verified since the platform might not share verification state with the windows live account. After verifying my email again, I fill out all my company info with DUNS number and opt to import all info. Therefore negating any risk of mismatch between whats in DUNS and what's entered. I'm then shown this. So I'm honestly incredibly confused here. If we believe the yellow warning box, then there is nothing to do and the application is closed. But then the red text says pending partner action, that I have things to do. But if I go to the legal info page, I see that I have actions to do. What those are I have no idea Ok so at this point I obviously start searching for support routes. We have two avenues that I've seen mentioned over and over in: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions Option A How to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process | Microsoft Community Hub Option Bhttps://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1 According to option A, an employment verification failure is when I can't confirm that the email domain is owned by the company. After following links, I'm led to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses#check-your-verification-status According to this document, I'm to click the "Resolve" button to begin dragging documents in. Except in reality, the version of the site Im seeing has a get support button which takes me to : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/support/report-problems-with-partner-center Im now shown two more options to resolve things myself. Option #1: use the ai assistant. But the Ai Assistant flow requires a workspace which I don't have. I presume because I don't have a valid account. Therein creating a catch22 Option#2: Use traditional support: Except the ? button is not there in my portal: What is going on here? What am I supposed to be doing to resolve this? What a strenuous career it is that I’ve chosen! I cannot make you understand. I cannot make anyone understand what is happening inside me. I cannot even explain it to myself.mondelwondleApr 07, 2026Copper Contributor158Views0likes3CommentsUnable to pass Employment Verifcation step in Partner Center
Hello everyone, I am stuck at the Employment Verification step while trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center. I have already submitted the required documents, including the domain invoice and the assignment letter, but Microsoft responded with: "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification." This leaves me very confused, as the reply does not explain what exactly is missing or what additional documents are required. I have carefully checked the documentation, but there is no clear guidance. As a company focusing on IT security, this is extremely frustrating. We recently shifted from Linux to Windows development, and without a Microsoft Partner account we are unable to proceed with building kernel-level antivirus solutions for our users. This has a devastating impact on our business. Could anyone please share their experience or advise on what specific documents or requirements Microsoft usually expects in order to pass Employment Verification? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!WilliamstarhApr 07, 2026Copper Contributor699Views2likes15Comments
