Unable to pass Employment Verifcation step in Partner Center
Hello everyone,
I am stuck at the Employment Verification step while trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center.
I have already submitted the required documents, including the domain invoice and the assignment letter, but Microsoft responded with:
"Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification."
This leaves me very confused, as the reply does not explain what exactly is missing or what additional documents are required. I have carefully checked the documentation, but there is no clear guidance.
As a company focusing on IT security, this is extremely frustrating. We recently shifted from Linux to Windows development, and without a Microsoft Partner account we are unable to proceed with building kernel-level antivirus solutions for our users. This has a devastating impact on our business.
Could anyone please share their experience or advise on what specific documents or requirements Microsoft usually expects in order to pass Employment Verification? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

There is something really strange happening, they ask you to do an action after you do it, you get rejected! it is really weird, my mistake is I developed the add in, without expecting this hard time with microsoft. They asked me to verify my id, after I have verified it successfully , I got this "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. There are no appeals available, we have closed your application." I did not do any thing afterwards. It is really strange. I opened a ticket which like always we will get back to you. From another account I tried to use mainly my company name and same hard time, you open a ticket support I ask something I will get a respond for something else!!

theta I'm sorry to share this with you, but when they share that messaging it's because your company doesn't meet the partnership requirements and you are not eligible to partner unfortunately. 😥At this point there is nothing left to be done, apologies that I don't have better news to share.

I aswell have been stuck at Employment Verification for a month now. Already provided every document possible but it seems like no one actually verified them. Don't know what to do now. The support is asking for more documents which my domain registrar cannot provide. Kind of stuck here. And the clients are putting pressure on me or they will move on to the next IT service provider :( JillArmourMicrosoft

Hello everyone!
Please allow me to inform you about our current progress on this issue. We are currently in the final stage of completing registration, just wait for the questionnaire email and fill it out.
For those who have encountered the same problem as me, I strongly recommend that you submit a work order on Microsoft Support for Bussiness like me, so that a real person, not a robot, can review your employment verification!
Thank you very much to JillArmourMicrosoft and the related support team for their assistance during the process !
For me its been 1 years, provided all documents and proff still stuck at Business Verification part. Not sure what todo

By the way, the requirements are not clearly specified in the tutorial documents. We still don’t understand why our company does not meet the requirements. The “Fix Me” process always returns the same result, and we don’t know why a legitimate company with an EV certificate cannot meet the enrollment requirements.
