Power Automate Error - Microsoft Forms Email
I have followed directions from other users to set up an automated email with attachments and a custom email body, which seems to have worked except when it tries to complete one section. I cannot find the error. When I entered the 'json' it automatically corrected from "item" to "name" dynamic function and now won't run.LBSRCNov 08, 2024Occasional Reader5Views0likes0CommentsThe response is not recorded
In my class we used a Form as a assessment and for 23 of my students everything went well, but for one it failed. She ran the form, answered the questions and submitted the form, but the answer is not for me to find - no where. When I ask my student to start the Form over again it says she has already completed the form and can't do it over again. Is there a way I can get to my student's answers? Is it by any chance stored locally on her laptop somewhere? Does anyone have a clue on what might have gone wrong?Oddgeir SværenNov 07, 2024Copper Contributor7Views0likes0CommentsEveryone can read the analyzed Excel-file
I make a Forms-Quiz in Forms. Then I make an assignment in Teams (for class). The assignment is "New quiz" and then I choose the form I made seconds ago. My students answers the Quiz and I'm ready to look at the result. I choose to analyze the answers in Excel as I can from the Forms review window. An Excelfile is made, but it is placed in the Teams-library for everyone to see. The security is set to "Teams-members": Can edit. Even Teams-visitors can show the file. I don't want my students to be able to see each others answers. This file must be put elsewhere or at least with another security-setting! I really hope there are someone reading this and can take action to set this right. Best regards Oddgeir6Views0likes0CommentsCategorized Pins
My organization just switched from Zoom to Teams. It has been a challenge after using a different platform for so long not to compare them. Teams could greatly improve by allowing users to categorize group pins. Currently, there are only two options in chat: Pinned and Recent. While these are helpful, I find that I need additional ways to organize my chats. I would like to have Pinned chats for frequent contacts and separate Pinned chats for various teams I am working with, which I could expand or minimize. Often, other users create groups without renaming them, leading to multiple chats with the same person, identified only by their name. If I had the ability to create my own categories for each pin, it would greatly simplify navigation.jessiejgNov 07, 2024Occasional Reader2Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Forms Sync issue
We have a form that's been in use since early 2023 currently at 33k responses, last night it started taking some time for submission to appear on the excel sheet, today it was taking well over an hour. It has then stopped syncing, i sync to a new workbook and this immediately fails and asks me to resync again. any suggestions ?DanR88Nov 07, 2024Occasional Reader21Views0likes1CommentAdded new questions to existing MS Form but it is not visible at user end
I have created a microsoft form, shared it and had responses. It is still an active form. I have added some extra questions. They are visible in my version of the form but when I share it the users can't see the new questions. Any idea of why this is happening? I've re-copied the share link as well. It is also not showing up in the preview feature. It's happened to a few of my forms and I keep creating new ones but surely there is a solution? Does it have anything to do with scoring? I don't use it but it seems to be there by default. thanksMarinaM1855Nov 07, 2024Copper Contributor7.4KViews0likes2CommentsAttach files to a form for outside users

I am trying to get feedback from our hiring managers for our recruiters. Can I use the same Form for the survey, but update the job and recruiter before sending to a specific hiring manager. Is there a way to do this (maybe with Power Automate?) and have all results in the same Excel sheet?BrandiJudgeNov 07, 2024Copper Contributor126Views0likes1CommentMS Forms is failing to save changes and new form information
Across our organization we are experiencing an issue where MS Forms is not saving any changes or maybe a handful out of many to a forms and not saving new forms (saves as untitled with no content). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We rely heavily on forms and may need to find another platform if not resolved soon!Cristina_DiazNov 06, 2024Copper Contributor27KViews3likes15Comments
