Form does not exist
I recently printed some leaflets with the QR code and URL to my forms and had 40+ responses. I had made some minor changes to the form and the outcome of the blue when you scan the form you get an error message that read "the form does now exist".... The thing is ,it does exist. It's not in the deleted bin it's active, it's just upon further exploration I can see the QR code and URL has changed. I have been using the tick box that says make URL shorter...could it be that? Does this change the URL and QR Code every time you press it?
Does the QR Code change in MS Forms?
Hi All, We are using MS Forms and have embedded the QR Codes into PDF documents for Customers to scan as they enter the premises. This was working well until yesterday but, now, when Customers scan the PDF it says the Form does not exist. I verified the Form does exist and checked the QR Code generated under 'Share'. The QR Code is different to what it was before. Any ideas why this would happen? One of the Forms was updated last Wednesday but was working fine up until yesterday. Other Forms which have not been amended started having the same issue this very morning.
Custom Form Notifications for External Forms
Anytime someone external submits a MS Form, it shows as anonymous in the email notification. There needs to be an option to show the name or first name, last name field on the form or have the option to send a notification with a summary of the individual responses. This is helpful for when I'm collecting responses for job application candidates across multiple different roles/forms within a company. Its better than creating 50 power-automates and deleting and recreating them as positions in my organization open and close constantly.Multiples users
Hi, I have a question regards Microsoft Forms. I need to create 100 forms (questioners) and I need help of my team to create them. It's possible to create forms by multiples users in the same time? Microsoft Forms flagged phishing. No admin path to unblock Case #7084487321
Hello, I am a paying Microsoft 365 Family subscriber and recently created a Microsoft Form to coordinate a student outing. Unfortunately, the form was flagged as phishing because it included fields like “Name” and “Email.” The form is now completely blocked, and the “Collect Responses” button is disabled. I contacted Microsoft Support (Case #7084487321). The agents explained that: Personal/Family accounts cannot access the Admin Center → Health → Message Center, where flagged forms can normally be reviewed. Only a global or security administrator in an organizational (work/school) tenant can unblock flagged forms. As a Family subscriber, there is no escalation path to have a non-malicious form reviewed or released. This effectively means that Microsoft Forms is unusable for its basic purpose (collecting names/emails) under a Family subscription. I was transferred to Billing, who suggested I either cancel my subscription or “leave feedback.” My questions to the Forms/Product Team: Can you confirm whether this limitation is by design for personal/Family accounts? If so, why is this not made clear in Microsoft 365 Family product documentation or marketing materials? What recourse do paying Family subscribers have if Forms is blocked and there is no administrator to request review? I feel misled as a paying subscriber because a core feature is effectively disabled. I would like official clarification from Microsoft Forms engineering/product management, and guidance on whether Family subscribers should expect that Forms is not intended for collecting names/emails. Dear team, I have been using forms for months, and today I have got this new error message: 'This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information. Contact your admin for assistance.' I have read in other threads it happened before to other users. Could you please let me know how to fix this problem. Thank youForm disappeared?
I created a survey for our organization and set the deadline for responses to be yesterday. I logged on today to check the responses and the form has disappeared! Does access to the back-end of the form (data) disappear after the end date? I didn't realize this. Is there any way to recover the form and/or the data?
