Central Forms repository
Hi, I want to create forms to be used company wide. We have locked Forms licensing down so that all staff cannot create forms, we want all data to be stored centrally and this way we know where all data is. If I create a Form, it creates it under my account. I if leave the organisation, this may be lost. What is the best way to create corporately used forms centrally?, i.e. not under an individual user account Thank you for your time, Ollie
Quiz scores and review scores are not equal. Why?
Hi maybe someone can help. Why is my actual test score 100% when I view my results, but if I check my score with the "review scores" option from admin screen, it only comes out to 67%.....? How do I get both to reflect 100%. I am looking to use the auto grade function. The drop down answers is not important as it's just gathering info. If I manually bump the score +1, that 67% won't increase (even with a refresh) to 100% but the answer gets a correct flag and I can see the "extra credit". This is very confusing for such a simple app. I get the same issue when I tried to use a branching question on another quiz. It's not being scored in one scenario (person doing the test so they get 100%), but in review scores, it's counted as a question and it comes across as a missed answer or something, so the percent is off. Microsft Forms Permissions
Hello, We created a form for people to RSVP for an event. We shared the link with our invitees. Some individuals when they follow the link will see other peoples answers displayed in the question fields instead of the prompts we created. Furthermore, one individual opened Forms on their computer and saw that they had editing permissions to our form. How could this have happened and is there a way to remove people from what appears to be an editing permission? Thanks!
Insights from Copilot have stopped working for us
We're all licensed (verified) with M365 Copilot, and for about the last week, one of our workhorse intake forms has stopped working with regards to the "Insights from Copilot" feature. When we attempt to refresh the insights, it presents the message, "Your form has XX responses. Copilot is analyzing the data to provide insights.", then spins for about 30 seconds, and then presents the error, "The insights haven't been generated successfully. Please try again." We're syncing responses to an Excel workbook, and that seems fine, but after about a week these "insights" just started failing in this fashion. We've done basic troubleshooting like trying InPrivate browsing, cache clearing, and since we are only at about 100 responses for this particular small form we're not hitting any limits. Regardless, it's wedged stuck in this state. I reported it via the M365 Admin portal and received the usual "No issues found" reply. 🙄 Anyone else seeing this problem? We use Business O365 and I have created a number of different forms for field staff relating to projects that we are working on. Ideally I would like notifications of some forms to go to a different mailbox to allow that team to action it. How do I add a different (shared) mailbox to receive these notifications without my account being removed as a collaborator?
Delete file upload question form an internal form
Hi all, I have a form which is for our organisation. I have a question to allow file upload. This works. However there is a second question for file upload. How can I delete this? When I click into it there are no options to delete or edit it. Very annoying. Ay assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Microsoft Forms API
Hello. I currently need to read the number of responses in MS Forms at least once a day. But I can't find the appropriate Graph API. The Power Automate trigger option is not suitable because there are 200 forms, and then a separate flow would have to be created for each one. I saw on the forum that Microsoft wrote about the release of such an API in the first half of this year. Has it been released? In Google, I have: REST Resource: v1.forms.responses Methods get GET /v1/forms/{formId}/responses/{responseId} Get one response from the form. list GET /v1/forms/{formId}/responses List a form's responses.
Uploading documents to quizzes
I used to be able to upload a document to my Microsoft Forms quizzes. Now the upload button area is greyed out. I have tried to uncheck document types and change file size to get it to be accessible to click to upload but nothing I have done has worked. I looked online and checked my settings and they were all correct. I use a work account and this function worked previously but not work please advise.
