Error Message: This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information
All of a sudden this form is giving me this error message and I cannot send to client. Not sure what the issue is. Help!

If you're using a school or work account to create the forms, you should request your tenant global admin to unblock it for you. - DingkunXieI am not aware of any official process to handle your request, but you may want to review your form and try to remove any suspicious parts that relate to credential collection.
