Hello. I have created a Power automate to capture the response when a form is submitted. We allow the users to edit the from after submission, sometimes they don't have all the info at first submission. Does anyone know how to capture the resubmission of the form after the user edits it. The Excel sheet that the form is linked to does get updated with the resubmission but I cannot use this to trigger an alert for the edit. I am trying to avoid linking the form to Sharepoint list just to capture the change. Ideally I would like to trigger a workflow directly from the resubmission of the form. Hi, I've been pushing for greater use of office 365 across my school but one area that is really slowing progress is the inability to copy questions between forms. This is useful for larger assessments based on topic tests and also tackling student misconceptions (copying questions they've scored poorly on in the past into a new quiz). Students also get very frustrated with multi-answer questions and getting 1 option wrong means they will get 0 marks for the whole question. I have a couple of ideas for this: A similar system to quizizz where you can navigate other forms and directly copy/drag questions into your new form Similar to the above with an option to sort by % of correct answers When you select 'multiple answers' for a form, move the points next to each option. Then a student getting 3/4 of the options would get 3 points rather than 0 I'm happy to show you student/staff feedback across my school to show how valuable this functionality would be to educational institutions. We are excited to announce that we have a new and improved solution for syncing your form responses to Excel, with better reliability and performance! Previously, some Forms supported an older version of live data synchronization with Excel. This older solution will be gradually discontinued and completely replaced by the new solution by October 20th, 2024.98KViews1like168CommentsClicking on an email address in a drop down list opens up Outlook
I have a form with one of the fields being Email Address (~100 entries). When our users get to this drop down, the list is shown as a hyperlink list of email addresses. Naturally, when they click on a selection, it opens Outlook rather than selecting the choice. The workaround right now is to click on the space after the email address. Is there a way to disable the hyperlinks so that the emails show as plain text?7KViews0likes19Comments“This form does not accept responses at the moment” / Session ID: xxxxxxx Correlation ID: yyyyyyy
Hello, We sent out a mailing from our email marketing solution, containing a link to a Microsoft form. The form is configured in such way that - everyone can respond to it, - whether inside or outside of our organization/tenant, - without the need to have a Microsoft account. - therre's no expiration date or whatsoever But upon receipt, it appears that : People outside our domain (on mailboxes like outlook, gmail, yahoo …) can access the form. Most people in our domain/tenant can access the form, whether they are connected to their MS account or not (tests done in normal AND private browsing). However, some of them, whether connected to their MS accounts or not, whether in normal mode or private browsing, can't access the form and get the following error: “This form does not accept responses at the moment” / Session ID: xxxxxxx Correlation ID: yyyyyyy In some cases, these people are even redirected to a Microsoft login screen. All of these tests were also conducted outside of our environment/tenant, the results are identical. I can see from browsing different forums in the MS 365 Community, that this bug seems to be known and longstanding? Please kindly get back to me with some resolution tips. Hi all, I'm relatively new to using Microsoft Forms, and I did not know that the default setting for MS Forms submissions was to show user feedback as "anonymous." My form is a simple yes or no one question form, and I would like to know who responded. I've seen that the solution is to only allow responses within your organization. But is there any way to view who the anonymous user was after the fact so I don't have to ask people to resubmit their responses? Any help would be greatly appreciated. In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form. I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day. I see a template for DATE but not TIME. In Google Forms "include Time" is an option for Date Questions in the contextual sub-menu. Is there someplace to add this function perhaps that I am missing? Ultimately I would like to add a script to the form that would auto-create an Outlook Calendar event on a shared calendar at the date and time on the form submission.201KViews34likes96CommentsLikert Quick Import
Hi folks i have a written list of Statements I would like to arrange in a likert for forms. It seems I can only copy and paste one statement at a time and the quick import functionality of forms does not pick up likerts. Can anyone give me any advice on how to get all my statements into a likert without copying each one at a time? Thanks.29Views0likes2Comments
