WHY is microsoft support so useless???
I give up at this point. How is it possible for one of the biggest companies in the world to have the worst and most useless support system ever. I'm just trying to get my account back after it got hacked so I can play minecraft. So how is in after sending a paragraph of information about the account and screenshots of receipts and email I received of someone changes the email of the account, it's still not enough information??? The selfhelp system is somehow the worst one I've ever seen and the AI chatbot doesn't even work.
Microsoft Account Login
HI All I recently reinstall windows on the same PC where I had my Microsoft account as a default. During the set-up process I wasn't able to create Hello Pin so I used another Hotmail account and also choosing to go offline option having tried several times with the Microsoft account which I have set-up as a profile but cannot login using my Microsoft account as nothing happens when I click on sign in with no option prompt to sign in. I have checked my Microsoft, but no issues found through troubleshooter as I'm logged into the account submitting this support discussion not via windows profile account. I can't work out why I'm no longer able to login using my Microsoft account. Help on this would be appreciated. MS Forms Feature Request - Options to Modify the "Hello" welcome statement
Hello, Our team has been using MS Forms to successfully deliver assessments to large online classes (1200+ students). Forms has provided our class with a significant amount of flexibility in data collection/processing and is the clear front runner for what we need to quickly/easily/reliably deliver our content. However, there is currently one aspect of Forms that is causing my team to reconsider its usage. The issue surrounds equity, diversity, and inclusion and how forms currently handles the welcome messages when the "record name" feature is turned on. This feature has to do with the ability (or lack there of) to adjust the welcome message that is displayed to folks on login to a form that is set to record name/email. For a user group of our size (1200+) we absolutely need to have the name/email of participants recorded. However, we have come to find that Forms is pulling the first name for folks from a system that we have been told, cannot be integrated with our existing systems to draw preferred names (like Teams and other Office 365 products can). While I understand that integrating a variety of systems to allow this to occur is no small task...I wondered if it would be possible to implement something into Forms in the meantime: Feature Request Options: 1. Would it be possible to add an option to record name/email, but give the form owner the option to NOT display the form welcome message? 2. Would it be possible to have the welcome message instead call up/display the "email" variable that has been recorded in the welcome message INSTEAD of Name? Either of these options would greatly improve our options for equity, diversity, and inclusion within our forms and class....and I'm hopeful that they would be more easily implemented on the short term. Again, we have been very pleased with forms and what it has been able to provide for our large class assessments/surveys but would GREATLY appreciate some flexibility in the welcome message to folks are not greeting with incorrect names. Multilingual forms unavailable under Premium license
Hello World ! Looking for insight on a feature access issue. The target is to create a multilingual form (survey for a tennis club) The club acquired a Microsoft 365 Premium license, with the understanding this is the license level for Multilingual forms to be available as a feature. When I open Forms as the account admin, the multilingual option is not there. I am using Edge on a home PC. I connect to Windows 11 as myself, and I am also the owner of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, which DOES NOT include multilingual form. What am I missing ??? There is an grammar error in the french translation of the automatically added notice on every Forms: "When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself." It presently reads: "Lorsque vous envoyez ce formulaire, il ne collecte pas automatiquement vos détails, tels que le nom et l’adresse de courriel, sauf si vous le fournissez vous-même." There should be a "s" at the end of "vous-mêmes."View "My Responses" don't display correctly
Hi all, There seems to be an issue in the response displayed when someone fills out a form with 5 stars and when they look at the response, it only shows 4 stars. It is recorded correctly in all the other places, it just displays incorrectly (4stars). see attached. I am not sure if this is a known issue. Has anyone else seen this problem? Thank you, -- Ray
