Is there any solution to getting question names yet for a form submission in Power Automate?
It's been about 10 years now. Surely there is a solution to dynamically retrieve question names without needing a janky britttle workaround that may or may not work, not just IDs (get form response etc), without having to rely on a hard coded list of questions with answers inserted in against them.8Views0likes0CommentsHacked please help
My Microsoft account was hacked today. The attacker changed my sign-in alias to a random Outlook address, removed my phone number, added their own Authenticator app, and changed the recovery email. My original email now says the Microsoft account doesn’t exist. I have the Microsoft security emails proving the changes. I also have other forms of proof. If there is any moderator or anyone who can help me recover my account I had some important stuff on there I would like to get back. It wasn't this email but another one I made this so I can ask for help. When I tried to recover the email they changed it as provided in the screenshots down below. I tried to call support and fill out recovery stuff but since they changed the email for the account there is not much I can do.Hamza298Jul 28, 2026Copper Contributor15Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Forms Ownership Transfer Redirects to DesignPagev2.aspx Instead of Loading Delegate Page
I am attempting to transfer ownership of Microsoft Forms belonging to a former employee, but the transfer process is not working as expected. The user account still exists in Microsoft Entra ID. The account is disabled in Entra ID. Sign-in is disabled in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The account is not hard deleted. I am a Global Administrator. I have a valid Microsoft 365 E5 license that includes Microsoft Forms. When accessing the documented Forms transfer URLs using both the user's UPN and Object ID: forms.office.com/Pages/delegatepage.aspx?originalowner=<UPN> forms.office.com/Pages/delegatepage.aspx?originalowner=<ObjectID> the request immediately returns an HTTP 301/302 redirect to: forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/DesignPagev2.aspx instead of displaying the Forms ownership transfer interface. Could you please confirm: What is the currently supported method for transferring Microsoft Forms owned by a disabled user account? Is the legacydelegatepage.aspxownership transfer mechanism still supported, or has it been retired/replaced? Is the automatic redirect toDesignPagev2.aspxexpected behavior in our tenant? Are there any tenant-level settings, licensing requirements, administrator roles, or backend restrictions preventing the transfer interface from loading? Can Microsoft verify whether the disabled user's forms are still available and eligible for ownership transfer?AnjoJul 28, 2026Copper Contributor18Views0likes0Comments200 answers instead of 1000
The helpdesk has confirmed that I have an m365 family subscription. This would allow me to receive 1000 responses in Forms. However, when I log in to Forms with my details, only 200 answers are accepted. In addition, I get a "buy button" on the screen. In other words, Forms "thinks" that I have a free plan. Who can solve this for me?elanMar 04, 2026Copper Contributor37Views0likes0CommentsFormulaires Forms bloqués
SandyBPFeb 13, 2026Copper Contributor64Views0likes0CommentsOpening Form through a non compliant browser looses full URL
When opening a Form on a non compliant browser - access is blocked and an option to Launch in Edge is suggested. Once Launch in Edge is selected a full URL to exact Form is lost and general page opens: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/online-surveys-polls-quizzes Other resources such as specific files on sharepoint - onedrive opens fine. This is especially painful when Forms are being opened via QR. QR Code > Camera > Default Browser > Block > Managed Browser > General Forms Page. Does this sound like a design choice for Forms ?VaidotasDec 22, 2025Copper Contributor73Views0likes0CommentsUploading documents to quizzes
I used to be able to upload a document to my Microsoft Forms quizzes. Now the upload button area is greyed out. I have tried to uncheck document types and change file size to get it to be accessible to click to upload but nothing I have done has worked. I looked online and checked my settings and they were all correct. I use a work account and this function worked previously but not work please advise.CindyMekisDec 18, 2025Copper Contributor64Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Forms flagged phishing. No admin path to unblock Case #7084487321
Hello, I am a paying Microsoft 365 Family subscriber and recently created a Microsoft Form to coordinate a student outing. Unfortunately, the form was flagged as phishing because it included fields like “Name” and “Email.” The form is now completely blocked, and the “Collect Responses” button is disabled. I contacted Microsoft Support (Case #7084487321). The agents explained that: Personal/Family accounts cannot access the Admin Center → Health → Message Center, where flagged forms can normally be reviewed. Only a global or security administrator in an organizational (work/school) tenant can unblock flagged forms. As a Family subscriber, there is no escalation path to have a non-malicious form reviewed or released. This effectively means that Microsoft Forms is unusable for its basic purpose (collecting names/emails) under a Family subscription. I was transferred to Billing, who suggested I either cancel my subscription or “leave feedback.” My questions to the Forms/Product Team: Can you confirm whether this limitation is by design for personal/Family accounts? If so, why is this not made clear in Microsoft 365 Family product documentation or marketing materials? What recourse do paying Family subscribers have if Forms is blocked and there is no administrator to request review? I feel misled as a paying subscriber because a core feature is effectively disabled. I would like official clarification from Microsoft Forms engineering/product management, and guidance on whether Family subscribers should expect that Forms is not intended for collecting names/emails. Thank you for your time.fmlfmlAug 16, 2025Copper Contributor164Views0likes0CommentsAdjusting of questions in form & connecting responses to another workbook to sync answers
If i needed to adjust the questions in my form how will the previous answers be affected? I need to rearrange some of the questions in my form (for vehicle maintenance) if i move the location of the answer will it affect any previous answers? I also need to sync the workbook that the form responses go to on share point to our vehicle maintenance excel spreadsheet saved on Dropbox to a historical sheet. How can I connect the forms so when new responses are submitted, they will auto populate a copy of the response to our Dropbox excel workbook on the correct worksheet?71Views1like0Comments
