Critical access issue with Microsoft Forms - Need help!
Hello everyone,I am facing a critical access issue with Microsoft Forms that has been ongoing for two weeks, and it is completely blocking the progress of my university project. Despite numerous attempts and checks on my end, I still cannot log in.Here are the steps I have already taken without success: Verified my login credentials Tried accessing from different browsers and devices Cleared my cache and cookies Checked the activation status of my account and permissions This situation is extremely frustrating as I have a crucial survey to submit for my project. Without access to this survey, I cannot move forward and risk compromising my academic work.If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your help! Additionally, if there’s any way to retrieve a copy of the survey I created so that I can at least use it offline, that would be incredibly helpful.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide! Power Automate Error - Microsoft Forms Email
I have followed directions from other users to set up an automated email with attachments and a custom email body, which seems to have worked except when it tries to complete one section. I cannot find the error. When I entered the 'json' it automatically corrected from "item" to "name" dynamic function and now won't run.Categorized Pins
My organization just switched from Zoom to Teams. It has been a challenge after using a different platform for so long not to compare them. Teams could greatly improve by allowing users to categorize group pins. Currently, there are only two options in chat: Pinned and Recent. While these are helpful, I find that I need additional ways to organize my chats. I would like to have Pinned chats for frequent contacts and separate Pinned chats for various teams I am working with, which I could expand or minimize. Often, other users create groups without renaming them, leading to multiple chats with the same person, identified only by their name. If I had the ability to create my own categories for each pin, it would greatly simplify navigation.
Microsoft Forms Spreadsheet not updating after Sensitivity Labels applied
We have created a Microsoft Form on a SharePoint site to collect sensitive data. Our security team wants us to implement an access control sensitivity label applied to the spreadsheet tied to the form data in the even it is accidentally shared. We created an access control sensitivity label scoped to the few members of the SharePoint site and applied it to the spreadsheet and have verified access is indeed blocked if spreadsheet is shared to anyone not allowed in the label. The problem occurs when new data is entered into the form: the spreadsheet no longer updates with new data. We can sync the data to a new spreadsheet and the new responses show up with the old. But again if we apply the label, no new form data is updated. How do we modify the label so that when applied to the form's spreadsheet, new data is allowed to be added?Tracing who set up a form and accessing
I have a URL to a form that was set up by someone in my organisation. It wasn't shared with me and I can't find anyone else that it has been shared with. I know that at least one person has filled out the form but I'm not able to access their responses. Is there a way to find the form in 'Forms', see who set it up, and then access it/get it shared with me. thanks.
I need assistance with saving a Form template I created correctly
I recently created using Microsoft 365 app Forms a template for a university assessment. So it saved in Forms fine however when I attached it to the university assessment for marking I received a message back from the teacher advising that it wouldn't open . Upon checking what they could see it only shows the title page and nothing more . Hello! I'v created a form starting from an excel in a folder in SharePoint Document Library. No I would like to use a similar form to save the data in an other folder of the library. Since the form is not zero effort to create (with some languages to choose...) I don't like to start the second form from scratch. So, is there a way to start working on a form based on another one but get the data saved in a specific location? Thanks in advance and regards, Klaus
Can a answer in MS forms be changed and updated in Excel?
When using MS Forms the option to change / edit an answer is great! However, when looking at the Excel file from which the Form is connected, no update is made to the initial answer. Can it be done so that changed answers are updated in the Excel file?Missing filled form
Hello, I face a problem for my student account but my university never provide permission for me to write forum here so I use my personal account instead. So i filled a microsoft form to submit my assignment and I am very certain that I had submit the form but my lecturer say he never receive it. I never save the responce of the form so I have no evidence to prove to my lecturer. Its there anyway to check for my student for the history of my submitted form?
