Save MS Form with unique name to reuse
Hello We are using MS form to capture discussions between our sales team and customers. My requirement is we need to be able to save the form with a unique name so we can go back to it and add more info later. We can save the form but the problem is all saved forms show in the list with the same name - ie the Title of the form. Is there a way I can save each the form with a unique name every time we create a new one (when we talk to a different customer). How do I connect my computer to a printer wirelessly?
I have a printer located in a different room and I want to connect my computer to it. I use a windows 11 computer and the printer is a HP OfficeJetPro 8028e. hi there I have an MS forms survey's collect-responses page that keeps on being unresponsive facts abt the form: we use Microsoft 365 the form is created in sharepoint - our site - document - new - forms survey, so it auto updates its connected Excel the form's questions include pictures, subtitles; answer includes choices, free text, text restricted to URL formats symptoms: the unresponsiveness can happen when opening the link (blank page with loading sign), or trying to fill in text after loading the collect-responses page (the first answer is restricted to URL format) it happens in normal window (and after clearing cache) and incognito window, in chrome and in edge it happens to more than 1 person, more than 1 day it happens in the past few weeks, not before that what could be the cause and how to resolve it? I created a form and used my own logo image. I would like to change the font and font size color; however, when I select the words/text I am not able to change the font or font color. Feedback: Please visualize multiple choice questions in a barchart instead of pie chart.
When using MS Forms for surveys, I was surprised that the answers to multiple-choice questions are visualized as a pie chart. This is not an appropriate visualization for this type of question and is very misleading - therefore, it is not used by default in similar tools. To explain the problem, let's take for example the following data Participant_ID Choices 1 [A;B;C;D] 2 [A;B;D] 3 [A;C;E] By Default, MS-Forms visualizes this in a pie chart which would look as follows: A:30%; B:20%; C:20%; D:20%; E:10%. This is very misleading, since 100% of respondents chose A, 66% chose B,C,D and 33% chose E. For this reason, other survey tools visualize MultipleChoice Questions as Barchart, with one bar for each option. E.g. in this case 5 bars: A : 100% of respondents B : 66% of respondents C : 66% of respondents D : 66% of respondents E : 33% of respondents. It would be great, if MS Forms could do this to - because the current pie-chart is not helpful and misleading. I am sharing my feedback here, since the "feedback" option is greyed out. Hi as title suggests, released a department wide form feeding into various bits , but currently some users upon submission and choosing to submit another response will have some previous answers populated. Is it possible to allow users to "add another" answer?
Hello! I cannot see a way to do this on MS Forms but perhaps someone has a workaround. Is it possible to give responders the option to add multiple answers to the same question - almost like giving them the ability to enter one answer and submit the Form, or click a button to enter a second answer without having to submit multiple forms?? I typed in a lengthy copilot prompt in MS Forms to generate a survey. The form was to get feedback on a meeting. Not knowing that Forms could not read the presentation slides from the meeting via a sharepoint link, I included the link. Unfortunately, when it generated the error message, it wiped out the whole prompt and there was no way to return to it. I had to retype the whole prompt which is very irritating.
