Get email notification of each response to a specific mailbox
We use Business O365 and I have created a number of different forms for field staff relating to projects that we are working on. Ideally I would like notifications of some forms to go to a different mailbox to allow that team to action it. How do I add a different (shared) mailbox to receive these notifications without my account being removed as a collaborator?
Microsoft Forms API
Hello. I currently need to read the number of responses in MS Forms at least once a day. But I can't find the appropriate Graph API. The Power Automate trigger option is not suitable because there are 200 forms, and then a separate flow would have to be created for each one. I saw on the forum that Microsoft wrote about the release of such an API in the first half of this year. Has it been released? When opening a Form on a non compliant browser - access is blocked and an option to Launch in Edge is suggested. Once Launch in Edge is selected a full URL to exact Form is lost and general page opens: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/online-surveys-polls-quizzes Other resources such as specific files on sharepoint - onedrive opens fine. This is especially painful when Forms are being opened via QR. QR Code > Camera > Default Browser > Block > Managed Browser > General Forms Page. Does this sound like a design choice for Forms ?
Insights from Copilot have stopped working for us
We're all licensed (verified) with M365 Copilot, and for about the last week, one of our workhorse intake forms has stopped working with regards to the "Insights from Copilot" feature. When we attempt to refresh the insights, it presents the message, "Your form has XX responses. Copilot is analyzing the data to provide insights.", then spins for about 30 seconds, and then presents the error, "The insights haven't been generated successfully. Please try again." We're syncing responses to an Excel workbook, and that seems fine, but after about a week these "insights" just started failing in this fashion. We've done basic troubleshooting like trying InPrivate browsing, cache clearing, and since we are only at about 100 responses for this particular small form we're not hitting any limits. Regardless, it's wedged stuck in this state. I reported it via the M365 Admin portal and received the usual "No issues found" reply. 🙄 Anyone else seeing this problem? Does anyone actually use this feature? 😜
Uploading documents to quizzes
I used to be able to upload a document to my Microsoft Forms quizzes. Now the upload button area is greyed out. I have tried to uncheck document types and change file size to get it to be accessible to click to upload but nothing I have done has worked. I looked online and checked my settings and they were all correct. I use a work account and this function worked previously but not work please advise.

Mircosoft forms email
Hi - I have set up an internal reporting system using microsoft forms - all works well - have built power automate to direct reports to the right teams. The only thing I can't figure out is why each report comes with my email rather than the email of the reporter? I know the answer must be simple as it is forms - but I can't work it out. Any ideas? Custom Validation in Forms
Hi, I have a text field in forms, and I was wondering if I could do some kind of custom validation or multiple validations (i.e. 1 AND (2 OR 3)) on that text field. I feel like I have seen custom validation functionality (e.g. RegEx) before but this is not available in my version of Microsoft forms. Suppose it is only available in another version of Forms (i.e. Pro), is it possible to request for this functionality to exist in the normal version? The reason why I cannot use power automate or what not to post validate is because I do not collect E-mails (Not because I don't want to, but because my users simply don't have one or do not maintain one).MS Forms branching option is not visible to individual answers in multiselect question
HELLO, I am working on a form. Question type is choice where user can select "Multiple Answers" and based on selected answer, subsequent question should be visible. To achieve this, i want to add branching to main question but i do not see the option to do so. How to achieve this ? NO branching option :
