370 TopicsMerging questions from multiple forms into one form / points per option
Hi, I've been pushing for greater use of office 365 across my school but one area that is really slowing progress is the inability to copy questions between forms. This is useful for larger assessments based on topic tests and also tackling student misconceptions (copying questions they've scored poorly on in the past into a new quiz). Students also get very frustrated with multi-answer questions and getting 1 option wrong means they will get 0 marks for the whole question. I have a couple of ideas for this: A similar system to quizizz where you can navigate other forms and directly copy/drag questions into your new form Similar to the above with an option to sort by % of correct answers When you select 'multiple answers' for a form, move the points next to each option. Then a student getting 3/4 of the options would get 3 points rather than 0 I'm happy to show you student/staff feedback across my school to show how valuable this functionality would be to educational institutions. I have a printer located in a different room and I want to connect my computer to it. I use a windows 11 computer and the printer is a HP OfficeJetPro 8028e. I'm going to also use this in a project for my class where I need to use a forum to solve an issue.Solved62Views0likes1CommentImporting questions into a Form
I have lots of quizzes already set up in Moodle. Can I import from Moodle into Forms? Can I import from another file format? csv perhaps? Can Forms even provide the same variety of questions as Moodle quizzes can? Mine are not all multiple-guess questions but I can't find much about other types of questions.30KViews4likes8CommentsDrop down box and lists
I would like to see a drop-down box as an option. I created a choose a student and it lists 109 students. I would like it to be a drop-down option. It would also be user friendly if I could just copy an excel column and paste it and each cell becomes a new option.Solved510KViews12likes44CommentsMS Forms "Schnellimport"("Quick import") - formatting
Hello all I have found a formatting that allows me to convert Word documents to MS Forms via "quick import" quite reliably. 1 field is still missing to my happiness: "Message to those who select this field" (german: "Nachricht an diejenigen, die dieses Feld auswählen") - the one where you can "append" to the single choice options in single - and multiple choice questions. Does anyone know how I have to format my template so that this field is also taken over correctly? Many thanks from SwitzerlandSolved4.8KViews1like7CommentsEveryone can read the analyzed Excel-file
I make a Forms-Quiz in Forms. Then I make an assignment in Teams (for class). The assignment is "New quiz" and then I choose the form I made seconds ago. My students answers the Quiz and I'm ready to look at the result. I choose to analyze the answers in Excel as I can from the Forms review window. An Excelfile is made, but it is placed in the Teams-library for everyone to see. The security is set to "Teams-members": Can edit. Even Teams-visitors can show the file. I don't want my students to be able to see each others answers. This file must be put elsewhere or at least with another security-setting! I really hope there are someone reading this and can take action to set this right. Best regards Oddgeir80Views0likes5CommentsResponses not showing if form filled in chrome
I filled a form using chrome browser since images were not loading in the desktop app of Teams but even after getting acknowledgement that my form is submitted my teacher was unable to see my response. This happened on 2 occasions. It would be grateful if anyone knows what might be the problem and what's the solution?662Views1like1Comment
