Microsoft Forms (Require Number in Text Field)
Hello Everyone, I'm sure this probably a really simple question but how do I get Microsoft Forms to require a number entered as a text answer? The reason i'm asking is because I want to make an order form for monitor replacement for my school district but i'm finding that since its a text box they can enter anything. I had 3 responses that had questions and notes tacked into them and want to limit that for the future. Thanks
Download and Save completed forms
Hi there, does anyone know a way I can download completed forms in the form format? I am trying to set up a form to use as research consent and it would be helpful if I could save each response separately and view it as a document. The only way I can seem to download anything is in an excel and it saves all the responses together. Thanks!
Copy questions from different Forms (Quizzes) to create a Unit/Semester test/exam.
A few teacher friends are wanting to take their chapter quizzes (up to 8 different Forms) and combine them into one summative assessment at the end of a unit. We see where they can duplicate questions inside a Form and even duplicate a Form, but no way to combine questions. It could be done if they could copy questions from one Form to another, but we cannot see that capability either.Quiz created in Forms is not available in TEAMS when trying to upload in Assignments Tab. Why?
I created a quiz in Forms and I am trying to insert it as a quiz under the Assignments tab; however, it doesn't show up when the Forms window pops up. It is the only file I have in Forms, but Teams is not locating it. The only option I have is to create a new quiz. Any reason why? How can I fix this? Thanks.
Merging questions from multiple forms into one form / points per option
Hi, I've been pushing for greater use of office 365 across my school but one area that is really slowing progress is the inability to copy questions between forms. This is useful for larger assessments based on topic tests and also tackling student misconceptions (copying questions they've scored poorly on in the past into a new quiz). Students also get very frustrated with multi-answer questions and getting 1 option wrong means they will get 0 marks for the whole question. I have a couple of ideas for this: A similar system to https://quizizz.com/ where you can navigate other forms and directly copy/drag questions into your new form Similar to the above with an option to sort by % of correct answers When you select 'multiple answers' for a form, move the points next to each option. Then a student getting 3/4 of the options would get 3 points rather than 0 I'm happy to show you student/staff feedback across my school to show how valuable this functionality would be to educational institutions.
