View "My Responses" don't display correctly

Hi all,

There seems to be an issue in the response displayed when someone fills out a form with 5 stars and when they look at the response, it only shows 4 stars.  It is recorded correctly in all the other places, it just displays incorrectly (4stars).  see attached.

I am not sure if this is a known issue.  Has anyone else seen this problem?
