Good afternoon, We as a company want to create forms that our customers can fill in with the data we need. Like plans and technical drawings. I hoped that it would be possible to create these forms, but when i try to add the upload file question I need to change the settings to only internal. Is there no possibility to create forms that have the request of uploading files from external parties we send the link to? Anytime someone external submits a MS Form, it shows as anonymous in the email notification. There needs to be an option to show the name or first name, last name field on the form or have the option to send a notification with a summary of the individual responses. This is helpful for when I'm collecting responses for job application candidates across multiple different roles/forms within a company. Hi, I have created a Microsoft form which contains a field "Pemohon". This field is a VLOOKUP of the type "Multiple Choice". The entries submitted in this form are reflected in the SharePoint list. After submitting the form, the multiple choices entered in the field are not visible in the SharePoint list. Only the first choice among the multiple entries is visible in the List under that field. Even if I edit the entries in the SharePoint list it is still not showing the multiple entries in that field. Is this a bug? or am I doing anything wrong? Hi, my questions are quite simple really and are directed at Microsoft: When are you going to create the ability to link an existing form to a new spreadsheet? When are you going to make it possible to copy questions/menu options between forms? The bare functionality of MS Forms is embarassing. Hello, all. I have a group owned form. Lets call this "Training Log Form". The group lets call it "R&D". This is a well established MS Group with members, and owners. So each member can view this form, its outputs in excel are already linked to the SharePoint site that we use daily. This is all great, only one issue. Anyone that is a member of this group can edit the main contents of this form (questions, sections, answers, title, etc.). We have a collection of different document controlled forms (typically in excel format, setup as templates) and they are document controlled through our SharePoint system. How can I restrict access of who is able to edit these forms internal to this "R&D" Group? If i needed to adjust the questions in my form how will the previous answers be affected? I need to rearrange some of the questions in my form (for vehicle maintenance) if i move the location of the answer will it affect any previous answers? I also need to sync the workbook that the form responses go to on share point to our vehicle maintenance excel spreadsheet saved on Dropbox to a historical sheet.
