WHY is microsoft support so useless???
I give up at this point. How is it possible for one of the biggest companies in the world to have the worst and most useless support system ever. I'm just trying to get my account back after it got hacked so I can play minecraft. So how is in after sending a paragraph of information about the account and screenshots of receipts and email I received of someone changes the email of the account, it's still not enough information??? The selfhelp system is somehow the worst one I've ever seen and the AI chatbot doesn't even work.
Multilingual forms unavailable under Premium license
Hello World ! Looking for insight on a feature access issue. The target is to create a multilingual form (survey for a tennis club) The club acquired a Microsoft 365 Premium license, with the understanding this is the license level for Multilingual forms to be available as a feature. When I open Forms as the account admin, the multilingual option is not there. I am using Edge on a home PC. I connect to Windows 11 as myself, and I am also the owner of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, which DOES NOT include multilingual form. What am I missing ??? Thank you for any insight !
WCAG 2.1 AA and Microsoft Forms
Hello Team, Does Microsoft Forms meet the success criteria for WCAG 2.1 AA? In a previous post, I saw a Microsoft Representative stated he could navigate Microsoft Forms with JAWS in Firefox. Wondering if this includes proper aria labels to note the type of question, required responses, and handling error messaging. Are there any question types that pose trouble for those with visual, cognitive, or dexterity disabilities? Thank you!
Branched answers not part of final score?
Hello. I have a quiz with a branched question. Depending on the answer outcome, the quiz will progress downwards and everything works. My issue is when the final score is tallied, this branched question is not being auto-graded so I am not receiving a 100% but only 95%. I have indicated any answer will be fine for this branched question since it's directional. So I'm looking for this question and answer to be bypassed during final scoring, or automatically include it as a correct answer as part of the final score. Currently, it's not being graded but counted as a question without an answer (I assume?)Personal account. Forms will not let me edit etc
Hi, I have tried to go via Microsoft help, they have said there is no issue with my account. I have a personal account, set up some forms a while ago which have been working fine. Yesterday when a user when to complete the form it said - The account associated with this form has been blocked. I can see the Forms I have created and have ownership of. I cant edit, copy, save or see responses on them. Have tried different browsers, private etc but still can't do anything.

I am Facing Microsoft form related issue, I can see when I am downloading a Excel copy some columns are blank. This is my survey form, and I cannot add manually however this will reflect manipulation in data, as this is technical glitch need assistant from your side on urgent basis200 answers instead of 1000
The helpdesk has confirmed that I have an m365 family subscription. This would allow me to receive 1000 responses in Forms. However, when I log in to Forms with my details, only 200 answers are accepted. In addition, I get a "buy button" on the screen. In other words, Forms "thinks" that I have a free plan. Who can solve this for me?
Insights from Copilot have stopped working for us
We're all licensed (verified) with M365 Copilot, and for about the last week, one of our workhorse intake forms has stopped working with regards to the "Insights from Copilot" feature. When we attempt to refresh the insights, it presents the message, "Your form has XX responses. Copilot is analyzing the data to provide insights.", then spins for about 30 seconds, and then presents the error, "The insights haven't been generated successfully. Please try again." We're syncing responses to an Excel workbook, and that seems fine, but after about a week these "insights" just started failing in this fashion. We've done basic troubleshooting like trying InPrivate browsing, cache clearing, and since we are only at about 100 responses for this particular small form we're not hitting any limits. Regardless, it's wedged stuck in this state. I reported it via the M365 Admin portal and received the usual "No issues found" reply. 🙄 Anyone else seeing this problem? Does anyone actually use this feature? 😜
