Forms - see who has responded, but not what they answerd
Is it possible to set up Microsoft Forms so that I can see who has responded, but not what they answered?
Unfortunately, Microsoft Forms doesn’t currently allow you to see who responded without also seeing their answers. When you collect names or emails, you automatically get access to the full responses tied to each person. The only workaround is to make the form anonymous (so you can’t see who replied) or to ask people to confirm they’ve submitted the form in another way, like replying to an email or message. It’s a bit of a limitation in Forms’ design, since it doesn’t separate identity tracking from response visibility.

It's rather strange that you would want to see who responded but not what their answers are. But you must have your reasons, so... you could build a simple flow in Power Automate to get the form response and save only the email of the responder into a SharePoint list. That way you could look at the list to see the responders but without any details of what their answers actually were.
