Is there any solution to getting question names yet for a form submission in Power Automate?

It's been about 10 years now. Surely there is a solution to dynamically retrieve question names without needing a janky britttle workaround that may or may not work, not just IDs (get form response etc), without having to rely on a hard coded list of questions with answers inserted in against them.

My Microsoft account was hacked today. The attacker changed my sign-in alias to a random Outlook address, removed my phone number, added their own Authenticator app, and changed the recovery email. My original email now says the Microsoft account doesn’t exist. I have the Microsoft security emails proving the changes. I also have other forms of proof. If there is any moderator or anyone who can help me recover my account I had some important stuff on there I would like to get back. It wasn't this email but another one I made this so I can ask for help. When I tried to recover the email they changed it as provided in the screenshots down below. I tried to call support and fill out recovery stuff but since they changed the email for the account there is not much I can do.

I am attempting to transfer ownership of Microsoft Forms belonging to a former employee, but the transfer process is not working as expected.

The user account still exists in Microsoft Entra ID.

The account is disabled in Entra ID.

Sign-in is disabled in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

The account is not hard deleted.

I am a Global Administrator.

I have a valid Microsoft 365 E5 license that includes Microsoft Forms.

When accessing the documented Forms transfer URLs using both the user's UPN and Object ID:

forms.office.com/Pages/delegatepage.aspx?originalowner=<UPN>

forms.office.com/Pages/delegatepage.aspx?originalowner=<ObjectID>

the request immediately returns an HTTP 301/302 redirect to:

forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/DesignPagev2.aspx

instead of displaying the Forms ownership transfer interface.

Could you please confirm:

What is the currently supported method for transferring Microsoft Forms owned by a disabled user account?

Is the legacydelegatepage.aspxownership transfer mechanism still supported, or has it been retired/replaced?

Is the automatic redirect toDesignPagev2.aspxexpected behavior in our tenant?

Are there any tenant-level settings, licensing requirements, administrator roles, or backend restrictions preventing the transfer interface from loading?

Can Microsoft verify whether the disabled user's forms are still available and eligible for ownership transfer?

Star Rating incorrect

Hi all,

I have noticed that the star rating does not equate the numerical rating. For example average score is 5 but only 4 stars are filled in.

Can this be rectified?

Greetings! My gamertag is sakhigaming2. My account was compromised a few months ago, and the hacker changed my login email completely. Because of this, the standard recovery system says my gamertag does not exist.

I am currently locked out of my home Xbox console. I have my physical console Serial Numbers and hardware data for both of my household Xboxes to prove I am the original owner.Since the automated recovery forms do not recognize my old email anymore, I need a way to contact a live support agent who can escalate this to the account investigation team to track down my profile's backend ID.

If anyone knows the correct path to get a live chat or callback for an alias-changed account, please let me know. Thank you, and have a great day!

Guest users cannot upload file

Hi, I am having trouble as when I try to open the results of a form that I made into an Excel is giving me the following error "It wasn't possible to open Excel online, You can still download a copy to visualize the responses on Excel" (translated from my native language so the message might be a bit different).

I am able to download the form as an excel but I cannot open a website version of it, this form was made using a personal email address and Microsoft account.

I cannot share the link to the forms as it has personal information that would not be allowed to share in a public setting.

HEIC codec is not working with Windows 11

My client has 350+ users, no one has this kind of issues with their windows machines. This laptop has Windows 11 v 25H2. In his team, coworkers shared some pictures over the shared drive and teams app also (remember I already checked its NOT application or file corruption issue) because same file opens everywhere except by this laptop.

While opening the .HEIC file in windows the "Photos" app said there is no codec installed and give the link to download from MS store.

After, moving on MS store, the codec asks us to purchase it. We proceed to buying the codec it says use only personal Microsoft ID. In my research I found that MS restricted to buy anything using any business account.

The problem is not buying this codec in actual, the purpose to ask and provide further solutions.

Why this particular laptop or windows 11 missing this codec? (low priority question)

What is the other easiest way to fix the problem? like copy some file from healthy system and paste in somewhere. or whatever else.

The client is not agree to reformat the OS and Download any Third party app from MS store, as they said to find the way in fixing this problem.

Missing MS Form

Hi everyone,

I created a MS Form and now have gone back to check the results of said form and it is nowhere to be seen. Not in my personal account (where i am 99.9% sure I created it) and nor in my work account.

Tried MS Support and after much tooing and throwing they have said to post here and promptly closed the Live Chat I was having with them - helpful not!

Anyway help...

Windows 11 and Outlook passwords mismatch

I am a Windows 11 and Outlook 2016 (from Office 2016 package) user. After changing the password for Windows system, the Outlook password no longer works. There is a message asking for password in Outlook. The old password doesn’t work.

Is there any connection between Windows 11 and Outlook passwords? Can this be turned off?

Personal account. Forms will not let me edit etc

Hi, I have tried to go via Microsoft help, they have said there is no issue with my account. I have a personal account, set up some forms a while ago which have been working fine. Yesterday when a user when to complete the form it said - The account associated with this form has been blocked.

I can see the Forms I have created and have ownership of. I cant edit, copy, save or see responses on them. Have tried different browsers, private etc but still can't do anything.

i have a colleague who has an MS Form, the form lives in a group and the option of get email response when form is submitted is selected, there is no email getting created, we have unticked box, come out od the form and responded, went back into form and turned on get email response back on, but those responses are not being received.

this form was functioning fine up to last thursday.

the form has not been moved or renamed and its only received 350 submissions.

can anyone offer any thoughts please

Forms Governance

Is there any plan to improve Forms governance for administrators and users at large organizations? It feels like several of the back-end underpinnings of Forms are still living in the "consumer product" governance model, versus an "enterprise product" one.

Such as:

Giving admins more than 30 days to recover an orphaned form from a terminated employee before it's gone. Currently after this time period the best-effort approach seems to be to do an e-discovery hoping to find the results file so at least previous answers and a roadmap for re-creation of the form questions can be provided.
Actually prompting users during the Form creation process to make a form group-owned if it's intended for something more than personal use cases.
Allowing the transfer of Form ownership from one group to another.
Increase the max forms limit from 200, prompt user when they're approaching the limit, and give users a bulk way to delete old forms/quizzes/polls to get back under the ceiling.
Allowing file uploads when a Form is shared externally.
Improving the types of survey questions and integration into Powerpoint to come closer to the capabilities of 3rd party products like Slido.

Many of these capabilities/features/management tools have been being asked for for years. Quite frankly, we administrators are much more interested in these kinds of nuts and bolts core functions than integrating animated backgrounds/sounds and other window-dressing bells and whistles.

Would love to hear others' perspectives and hopefully this will catch the eye of someone with the product group. Thanks!

Feature Request – Read-only and Locked Fields for Pre-filled Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms has recently introduced support for pre-filled responses, which is a very valuable addition. However, the lack of read-only fields significantly limits its usability in real-world and enterprise application scenarios.

In many workflows, especially those involving bots, kiosks, or guided user interactions, some fields must be pre-populated with system-generated data such as user identity, email, or contextual information. These fields need to remain visible to the user for transparency, but must not be editable in order to guarantee data integrity and prevent tampering.

Currently, there is no reliable way to enforce this behavior. Even when using pre-filled URLs, users can still modify the values before submission. This creates a risk of data inconsistency and makes it difficult to maintain a secure and synchronized interaction between the client and backend systems.

This is not just a UX limitation, but also a data integrity issue in integrated workflows.

As a result, developers are forced to implement server-side validation and ignore user-provided values for critical fields, which defeats the purpose of pre-filling them in the first place.

This forces developers to rely entirely on server-side validation, reducing the effectiveness of pre-filled data and introducing unnecessary complexity.

While Power Apps can address this limitation, it is often too complex and heavy for simple scenarios where Microsoft Forms would otherwise be perfectly adequate.

Suggested improvement:

- Allow form fields to be marked as read-only or locked

- Optionally support hidden or system fields

- Allow pre-filled values to be protected against tampering

- Preserve compatibility with pre-filled URLs

This feature would enable Microsoft Forms to be used in secure, system-driven workflows without requiring migration to more complex platforms.

Power Automate not pulling all form answers

I have a flow that triggers fine using the "When a new response is submitted" but the "Get response details" is only returning a few of the answers submitted. I can see the full submission the the back end of forms but Power Automate is not pulling a lot of the submitted answers. It has worked fine for 50 times, the automation is long and complex so if possible id like to stay away from deleting and restoring the trigger and get response details...

How to anonymise user file uploads in MS Forms

Hi, I've created a form to allow users to anonymously report IT incidents, but when someone uploads a file I'm getting an email from Sharepoint Online telling me the name of the user who's uploaded it. The red in the top right is the users name. The form itself doesn't tell me the username, that part of the anonymisation is working fine, it's just this bit related to file upload.

This kind of defeats the point of allowing anonymous reporting, and whilst the users wouldn't know, it is a breach of trust when we're trying to create a positive attitude to security.

Is there a way to turn this off?

How to remove deleted images that still appear in Bing via TSE cache?

Hello,

I am looking for help regarding images that were already removed from the original websites months ago, but they are still appearing in Bing search results.

I tried to request removal through the Bing Webmaster Tools, but I encountered the following message:

“We can only remove content if we have the URLs for the Source Page and matching Source Image where the content resides. We cannot remove content if we are provided with URLs containing www.bing.com or http://tse because these pertain to search results and are not the original location where the image resides. If this is what you are coming up with for the source image URL, you will need to go to your original query that brought up the image to find the correct source image URL.”

The problem is that I no longer have the original URLs of those images because they were deleted from the source websites months ago. The only URLs that still exist are Bing “tse” cached image links. The images themselves appear to be indexed and served directly through Bing, even though the original content no longer exists.

These images were removed a long time ago from the original pages, but they are still accessible through Bing search results. I am not sure what else I can do at this point.

Is there any email address for Microsoft support that I can contact directly? Or is there another process for removing images that are no longer hosted on the original websites but are still indexed or cached by Bing?

It is very important for me that these images are fully removed, as I do not want them to remain publicly accessible in search results.

Limited to 200 submissions

The helpdesk has confirmed that I have an m365 family subscription. This would allow me to receive 1000 responses in Forms. However, when I log in to Forms with my details, only 200 answers are accepted. In addition, I get a "buy button" on the screen. In other words, Forms "thinks" that I have a free plan.

Who can solve this for me?
