Critical access issue with Microsoft Forms - Need help!

Hello everyone,I am facing a critical access issue with Microsoft Forms that has been ongoing for two weeks, and it is completely blocking the progress of my university project. Despite numerous attempts and checks on my end, I still cannot log in.Here are the steps I have already taken without success:

• Verified my login credentials
• Tried accessing from different browsers and devices
• Cleared my cache and cookies
• Checked the activation status of my account and permissions

This situation is extremely frustrating as I have a crucial survey to submit for my project. Without access to this survey, I cannot move forward and risk compromising my academic work.If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your help! Additionally, if there’s any way to retrieve a copy of the survey I created so that I can at least use it offline, that would be incredibly helpful.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide!
