Short hyper link on Form Header
Good evening all I am creating a form where I have to add hyperlink to raise the request via snow. Link is too big it not looking good. Is it possible to enter some text Like snow and that is act like hyperlink. I am using official profile not allowed to use any third-party tools. Regards
Microsoft Forms: Multiple Choice Type is not showing all answers in SharePoint List
Hi, I have created a Microsoft form which contains a field "Pemohon". This field is a VLOOKUP of the type "Multiple Choice". The entries submitted in this form are reflected in the SharePoint list. After submitting the form, the multiple choices entered in the field are not visible in the SharePoint list. Only the first choice among the multiple entries is visible in the List under that field. Even if I edit the entries in the SharePoint list it is still not showing the multiple entries in that field. Is this a bug? or am I doing anything wrong? Anyone else facing this same issue?
Group Owned Forms - Restricting Access
Hello, all. I have a group owned form. Lets call this "Training Log Form". The group lets call it "R&D". This is a well established MS Group with members, and owners. So each member can view this form, its outputs in excel are already linked to the SharePoint site that we use daily. This is all great, only one issue. Anyone that is a member of this group can edit the main contents of this form (questions, sections, answers, title, etc.). We have a collection of different document controlled forms (typically in excel format, setup as templates) and they are document controlled through our SharePoint system. How can I restrict access of who is able to edit these forms internal to this "R&D" Group? Any help would be great, thanks!
Can you embed a Forms survey into an Outlook email?
Hi, For convenience and design considerations, I would like to incorporate a Forms survey with 7 questions into an Outlook email. Is this a possibility? At a later date, I would like to improve the output and distribute it around my organisation. I am seeking for improved ways to disseminate user-friendly surveys. Right now, the only option I see is the poll tool, which only allows for one question or stars. Or a hyperlink, which people are less likely to use. Thank you, Oliver
Migration of file Server data on Share Point online.
Hi Guys, We are planning to move our file server data to SharePoint Online. Since I am new to SharePoint, I need your assistance in transferring the file server data to SharePoint. Currently, the file server VM is hosted on Azure, and data is stored in department folders such as Sales, HR & Admin, Account, Finance, Operations, Audit, and others folders. The IT manager has assigned us the task of moving the file server data to a newly created SharePoint site with appropriate permissions. We are creating a ton of surveys and tests in Forms, and created a couple Groups to store these Forms, but need to organize these. Is there a way yet to create Collections in Groups? I've seen this question and feedback from a couple years ago from others, but has no progress been made for organizing Foms in Groups? If anyone has any ideas for organizing Forms in Groups, I'd love to hear some suggestions as wellOffice 365 People and groups in Forms
I was wondering is it possible to add question in a form to link to a persons or groups Office 365 ID. I have a form which sets up a tasks for a project and one question on the form which relates to the task owner. Currently I have a list of email addresses in a choice field which gets converted in the flow used to create the planner tasks as well as an "Other" option . This opens the door for spelling mistakes or for other issues where people have odd email addresses.

De no ser así, es necesario que se cambie la restricción, me imagino que otros usuarios tienen la misma necesidad.
