350 TopicsAdded new questions to existing MS Form but it is not visible at user end
I have created a microsoft form, shared it and had responses. It is still an active form. I have added some extra questions. They are visible in my version of the form but when I share it the users can't see the new questions. Any idea of why this is happening? I've re-copied the share link as well. It is also not showing up in the preview feature. It's happened to a few of my forms and I keep creating new ones but surely there is a solution? Does it have anything to do with scoring? I don't use it but it seems to be there by default. thanks7.5KViews0likes2Comments"Locking" Forms Quiz to prevent cheating
Hello, We would like to be able to prevent students from exiting a quiz on Forms to prevent cheating. Google has a feature that allows it, but not Forms. What we would need is to "lock" the quiz. Exiting (alt-tab or other method) would stop the quiz at that point and prevent going back in. We want to be able to have students write online exams, but without this feature, students can cheat much too easily. Is there a way to do this? If not, could this be added? Hi all, great last enhancements to Forms ! We are using Microsoft Teams. I have a concern : some of my students, after filling a quiz on Forms and submitting it, are finding, in some questions, that the answers are not what they chose. Does anybody have this same issue ? Thank you for your help. Michel423Views0likes1CommentQuery Forms API to get scores or results from form submission
Hello All, May be one for the Forms/Dev Community but thought I would try here. We have a process where 4 forms are submitted weekly (Every week has 4 new forms). We currently gather responses into a SPO list and feed that in PowerBI. A new requirement has come in that the forms (which are quizzes) also need to push the scores to SPO. We have done this with conditionals to check the text of the correct answers but the workload for this is unmanageable. I know there is a forms Api (undocumented) and we have successfully queried it to get the quiz questions, but these doesn't seem to be any info in there about the right answer. My question is, is it possible to query the forms API to get the response points, either total or per question? Included is the starting point, just need to know if anyone knows the URI to get what we need.8.3KViews1like17CommentsNPS question on MS Forms (branching division)
Hi all, As regards to the NPS question; does anyone know of a way to segment the response into differing text boxes. For example, if a user responses to options 1-6 goes to one new text/box instance, 7-8 another and so on? Thank you all for your helpful responses 🙂 ** Can anyone please help with this? **2.7KViews0likes4CommentsEdit response after submission
with the new option to give users the capability to "Edit response after submission" is there any way to track the changes and the number of times a responder has edited their response. Is there an audit trail for the Formowner to see if and when edits have been made to a response?5.7KViews1like20CommentsMS Forms Incorrect Points
On my MS Form (Quiz) I have some questions that have multiple correct answers. When one of the correct answers is selected, it should not doc points. However, I am seeing that is not the case. Pictured below, wesee that 'N/A' is considered a correct answer but when selected it marks the response as incorrect and does not award the points. How can I fix this issue?2.5KViews0likes2CommentsI need a form that will have different line of questions based on earlier choice of the Individual
Dear Team of experts, I'm not able to find this survey functionality in Microsoft Forms. I'm doing a survey for groups of participants and the questions have to be tailored based on an answer from an earlier responds. for example, in the survey i ask, "Are you are male or female" Once you choose one of the two options, subjective questions will be asked different from the other option Is there such possibility in Forms or anywhere as part of the O365 family?
