Unable to access forms home page

I am receiving (and have been for many months) this message when I try to go to my forms home page:

I have tried a different browser, clearing my cache, and incognito mode. I'm unsure of what to do. Looking for any advice or assistance.

  • I finally got it working! After spending more than an hour on a chat with Microsoft support (which caused me more headaches) the tech suggested I open a case with the MS community! It was a waste of my time. But it made me more determined to solve this problem.

Unfortunately, I didn't use the proper troubleshooting procedure - I did two things and then tested so I'm not sure which one worked. But here's what I did:

    1. I signed out of my Chrome browser and signed back in. I cleared the cache and closed the browser
    2. I went through all of the applications I had installed on my laptop (I have my own business so I use it for both business and home use). I found one application called Survey Junkie that I had installed not too long ago. I removed that application and rebooted my laptop and the problem has been resolved

I would suggest you do the same in the event you have any applications that might be interfering with your machine.

It doesn't matter if I log into Outlook Online first and then select Forms or if I go directly to forms.microsoft.com. The problem has been resolved!

As I said, I can't confirm which of these resolved my problem but it's working now.

Good luck and I'm curious to hear you fared.

Oh my goodness. The common denominator was the survey junkie app. I just unistalled it and POOF magic, I am able to access forms again!

        That's awesome!

Who would have thought we both had that application on our computers! I'm glad it's working again for you! And you helped me figure out what the fix was!

I downloaded DuckDuckGo and it works with that browser. I haven't been able to get it to work with either Chrome or Edge and I'm getting the same message as you. If you are able to download DuckDuckGo (if your company permits it), give that a try until we can all figure out what the problem is...

I too am having the exact same problem and I've done exactly what you've done. I also tried Chrome and Edge with the same results. I'm using an HP Pavilion with Windows 11 64 bit.

However I can access this using a Mac (just to throw another monkey wrench into the problem). But I really need this to work on my Windows machine.
