Unable to access forms home page

I finally got it working! After spending more than an hour on a chat with Microsoft support (which caused me more headaches) the tech suggested I open a case with the MS community! It was a waste of my time. But it made me more determined to solve this problem.
Unfortunately, I didn't use the proper troubleshooting procedure - I did two things and then tested so I'm not sure which one worked. But here's what I did:
- I signed out of my Chrome browser and signed back in. I cleared the cache and closed the browser
- I went through all of the applications I had installed on my laptop (I have my own business so I use it for both business and home use). I found one application called Survey Junkie that I had installed not too long ago. I removed that application and rebooted my laptop and the problem has been resolved
I would suggest you do the same in the event you have any applications that might be interfering with your machine.
It doesn't matter if I log into Outlook Online first and then select Forms or if I go directly to forms.microsoft.com. The problem has been resolved!
As I said, I can't confirm which of these resolved my problem but it's working now.

I too am having the exact same problem and I've done exactly what you've done. I also tried Chrome and Edge with the same results. I'm using an HP Pavilion with Windows 11 64 bit.
However I can access this using a Mac (just to throw another monkey wrench into the problem). But I really need this to work on my Windows machine.
