Can't create the excel file for Form responses
Hello,
I have created a Form in a Teams Group and have a few responses. When I open to see the responses in the Excel file I can't create it. How can I fix this? This used to be no problem. The option to create an excel file is greyed out.
Our solution depends on this excel file so I hope that this can be fixed soon.
I have tried to create multiple forms to see if it will work and also located on my own personal user. It has the same issue.

Any chance on below:
- Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to create and edit files in the Teams Group. You might need to be an owner or have edit permissions.
- Update Teams: Make sure your Teams app is up to date. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply updating to the latest version.
- Clear Cache: Try clearing your Teams cache. This can sometimes resolve unexpected issues. You can do this by signing out of Teams and then signing back in.
- Recreate the Form: If possible, try recreating the form in a different Teams Group or in your personal OneDrive to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the current Group.
