SharePoint Online Drops One Time Passcodes for External Access
From July 2026. SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business will use Entra B2B Collaboration (guest accounts) to control external access to shared files. This change has been coming since 2021, but it takes time for organizations to get their heads around changing the way to grant external access. Office365 Autoupdate on Mac
Last week I had an issue with Autoupdate on Microsoft365 where OneNote failed to update, other app were fine. I tried selecting just this app and updating it but got a download error. Autoupdate indicates "some apps have encountered errors" and retrying just repeats the download error. I've tried machine based fixes but none have worked and I suspect it's something else as I have a Mac mini and MacBook doing the same along with my wife who has a Mac desktop. Hello I am trying to figure out how sharepoint saves the order of a custom list view and how it can be extracted possibly ? Particularly when using drag and drop feature. I need to extract with power automate in order to custom sort how I grab the items from the custom view , any ideas??
