Cannot contact support in MS Access / where to file bug report

Hi,

 

I want to file a bug report. I click on the main menu "help" / "contact support". A window appears saying "This didn't work. Please check your network settings".

 

The network settings are ok. There is no other option to send feedback in the application.

 

How can I file a bug report?

    there are MVPs here, so you can tell them what is the bug and these people will relay your concern to ms.

    Under the Help menu you can send a Frownie, and add text. MSFT does actually look at those.

    Or you can post your issue here. Access MVPs can relay your issue to MSFT if it is substantiated.
