How can I get my permanently suspended Microsoft account unsuspended?
Hey, my Microsoft account was permanently suspended, and I’ve already tried the official appeal process multiple times without getting it back. Support says they can’t restore access because of Two-Step Verification, but I’m trying to find out if there’s any legitimate way to get the suspension lifted. If Microsoft won’t unsuspend it, can I challenge the decision through EU out-of-court dispute resolution under the Digital Services Act (DSA)? Does that process apply to a full Microsoft account suspension, and how would I start? Has anyone been in a similar situation and actually managed to get their account back, or pursued an independent dispute-resolution process? I’m not sharing personal account details publicly, but I’d really appreciate advice on what options I have left. Thanks.

I'm getting the msg in a ribbon at the top of my excel files as follows: COULDN'T VERIFY SUBSCRIPTION Excel couldn't verify your Microsoft 365 subscription. Please make sure that you're connected to the Internet. ( I am ). we've rebooted several times, uninstalled, reinstalled etc. I can open all my excel files, but can't edit or save them. Sway is a hidden gem inside of Microsoft 365. I just discovered it, and it's an amazing tool to turn old PowerPoints or even lecture notes into dynamic lessons for students! One limitation I'm running into is the embed whitelist. While I know this app likely has low priority, is there any chance there is a way to request a specific site be added to the embed whitelist? My biggest priority would be Instructure's Canvas Studio. Microsoft's new LTI 1.3 integration with Canvas has some rough edges, but it's an amazing start! Thing is, I don't want to share a wall of text lecture notes from Microsoft Word through OneDrive. I like the dynamic and more visually oriented style of Sway. The Problem: Currently, when trying to embed instructional videos from Canvas Studio into a Sway presentation, the platform blocks the embed code. This forces educators to either upload duplicate files to a different hosted service (like YouTube or Vimeo) or break the seamless student experience by using text hyperlinks. And the problem with YouTube is that many of our local community partners at K-12 schools have YouTube blocked on the Chromebooks early college students use. Proposed Solution: White-list Canvas Studio public embed domains so that users can seamlessly paste iframe code from Canvas Studio directly into Sway Embed Cards. This will create a smoother workflow for the thousands of schools utilizing both Microsoft 365 and Canvas LMS. And while you're in there adding Canvas, You might consider expanding that whitelist further. Scribe tutorials would be great, or similar services. TikTok might be controversial, but that would be good. Students don't click links; they'll click play on embedded content. Expand the whitelist, please!
Office 365 no internet error
Outlook just stopped working yesterday. I have been using 356 for a couple of years now. One drive and Outlook both say I don't have internet access. Obviously I do. I can use one drive and outlook via a web browser, but not the desktop apps. I have tried most of the suggested fixes and nothing has worked. No labs for MB-500 in skillable and xtreme labs (for all MB series)
Hi, From past few months, we are unable to find the labs for MB-500. It's causing us trouble to do the trainings. Skillable and Xtreme labs providers are saying there is a problem from Microsoft end only. Kindly advise us when can we get the labs available.
Third-party access via Organisational Link
Hi, Previously when logging into my personal account on a Web Browser, it flashed up with what is the typically an organisational message about an IT administrator. After being ping-ponged back and forth from the Microsoft Support teams, it's been suggested there is an organisational link with my personal email account, which absolutely should NOT be the case. My concern is if someone has linked my email with an organisational account, then they are privy to a lot sensitive information from personal finances to healthcare (this has also correlated with some odd behaviour on certain devices). The agents that I have spoke to have not yet provided me with a viable solution to removing any links to an organisational account, nor getting a list of any organisations or entities that have been linked to my personal account. Does anyone have any ideas as to a way around this? Many thanks.
