Replying to emails from M365 Outlook group
A problem I am stumped with, so I am reaching out for some help/guidance. One group wants to not have the emails going into their own inbox but manage and reply only from the group inbox itself (so they know the email has been processed by deleting it once replied). It worked OK to begin with and then some users couldn't reply, then more. Some still can. I have tried reindexing local copy, using browser instead of app & changing the send on behalf of permissions. Owner or member of group doesn't seem to make a difference. Error messages include "This message can't be sent because it no longer exists. It can only be discarded. Make sure you copy the contents of the message before you discard if you want to use them later." and "Couldn't send this message". Please see screenshots attached. My questions: 1: Is Outlook on M365 designed to allow users to reply from the group either as the "group" or as themselves? Information I found isn't clear. 2: If it is / can be - what can I do to make it work for all users? Thanks!
MS Outlook app on Apple Watch SE
I have an Apple Watch SE (A2355) and the MS Outlook app cannot be installed on it anymore. It was an excellent way to access my work calendar on the go. The reason is that the OS version is 10.6 but 11 is needed. Is there a workaround or a fix for this? Note that I can't use Apple Calendar because my employer has disabled the Outlook calendar sharing function for security reasons.Outlook for Mac - Upload and Share is not working as access "Recipients of this message" is missing
New Outlook for Mac has since some versions back gotten the feature where the user can upload a file and share it to the recipients of the e-mail. The file will be per default be uploaded to DOWNLOAD folder in OneDrive. Now this is not working on Outlook for Mac as the whole access permission Recipients of this message" is missing. On Windows and Outlook on Web, this is available, but not for New Outlook for Mac. It seems that this feature is not yet fully developed on Outlook for Mac. I have tried now to use the new version of Outlook for both private and work use. Whenever I set up rules in classic Outlook, I always had to add a sound notification or for it to show me a desktop alert. Because if I have a rule that says "If I receive e-mail from person X, move to folder Y" I do not get a notification, and I risk missing them (which has happened a lot previously). Imagine my shock when I see that the new version of Outlook has dumbed down the rules significantly and restricted me to how I can use them. Is there a reason why we cannot add "show desktop alert" or for it to play a sound in the "actions" tab? I do not understand why this feature was removed, as well as removing auto archiving. I just don't understand why! Will the option for adding desktop alerts and for it to play sounds be added in the future?How to Create and Send an Outlook Newsletter

Hello dear Microsoft Community I've got following problem: With one of our clients there is an issue with Outlook/Mailing The mailbox is IMAP If he sends Mails to someone they'll recieve the sent message, for like 20 times. the only suspicous thing is, that we can see 3 duplicates of that mail in the 'sent' folder. but regardless it was recieved alot more than 3 times, either way. Do you have an idea ? I already updatet Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office 365 made a new profile checked for Add-Ins or antivirus applications I also looked it up on our firewall we also checked the log on the mailserver greetings and im looking forward to recieve some help from YOU
Outlook Encrypted Email Issues
I have deployed M365DLP controls to block password protected atachments that cannot be scanned and am telling users to use Outlook Encryption instead to protect outgoing email attachments. However, a number of external companies have reported not being able to open the encrypted messages and the screenshots provided show that they are trying to authenticate as a guest user in my Entra ID instance (rather than using their own IdP, SSO or an OTP). What would cause that and how do I resolve?
