Cannot contact support in MS Access / where to file bug report
Hi, I want to file a bug report. I click on the main menu "help" / "contact support". A window appears saying "This didn't work. Please check your network settings". The network settings are ok. There is no other option to send feedback in the application. How can I file a bug report? Best regards
Unable to Connect my Hotmail Account to Outlook for Mac
I have an M3 MacBook Pro MAX running Parallels Desktop to give me Windows 11. Historically, I have been able to run Outlook on MacOS and Windows without any problems. However, now I can'tadd my Hotmail account to Outfor Mac v16.93. I have removed Outlook and reinstalled it. I have cleared the application data. I also tried to raise a support ticket, but it won't connect to the Live Chat agent. Contact Support - Outlook for Mac OneCustomer | Chat Support We are unable to load chat at this time. Please try again later. When I try to add my Hotmail account back in, I get the following message after accepting the Authenticator challenge. Outlook.com Connecting to Outlook.com. An authentication error occurred while configuring account. Try Again Connecting to Outlook via a web browser works; Outlook on Windows also works. Microsoft loves branding exercises. At least, that can be the only reason why the Microsoft 365 Copilot rename is happening. I can think of no other reason why Microsoft would seek to confuse its customers by applying the Microsoft 365 moniker to an app that can’t access Microsoft 365 data, unless of course people pay to use Copilot agents. Does OneDrive for personal account work yet?
I have been using Dropbox to sync my Word and Excel files. The reason so is because Dropbox allows me to choose what files I want uploaded where I can create custom folders to store them in. The last time I activated OneDrive, it began to upload ALL my files from my computer, including big video files. When I aborted the upload, all the files being uploaded were lost. Luckley I had them backed up on a local drive, but to suffice to say that I am hestitant to use Onedrive again. Has Microsoft finally updated Onedrive to allow users to determine what files they want uploaded and where? Will mt files be safe from being lost? If not, I am thinking of moving to Google or Zoho platforms becauseI have doubts that Microsoft understands how cloud storage actually works for non enterprise platforms. Thoughts please.

The Copilot inference and evaluation policy controls if users can ask Copilot in Teams to evaluate the emotions of other meeting participants. It sounds creepy that meeting participants can ask Copilot how someone is feeling based on their contributions to a meeting, but AI is happy to answer unless blocked by policy.
