Developer Verification 9th November 2024
So the guy who's working on it broke it completely now? Customer communication is down to zero, we can just try and see how bad it goes? Now it's stuck at the first item: The "partner" item verified those items too, but for "partner" it worked. I really wonder how bad an employee needs to be to mess it up that bad and for so long...HFHTWNov 09, 2024Brass Contributor20Views0likes0CommentsTicket Ping Pong?
What do you guys at Microsoft think when your outsourced departments are closing tickets with unresolved issues without adding any comment to it? Do you think the users love to play ticket ping pong or what? This entire outsourced verification / partner portal department is awful ... absolutely uncooperative. And Microsoft is no better - since Microsoft allows that. I hope all this will reflect to your other business and scare off at least a few potential customers. Maybe someone at Microsoft will learn something some day that this is an absolute irresponsible behaviour. Imagine someone having issues with Microsoft server and then he engages with such a support, or the Cloud services. 2 Months 8 days we're trying to get the issues sorted out with Microsoft and yet no way forward. Tickets are opened, there are a few people at Concentrix who try to help out but even their tickets are just getting closed without answer internally. We'll keep trying and post more frequently about our experience down the Microsoft toilet drain.HFHTWNov 07, 2024Brass Contributor23Views0likes0CommentsIdentity verification rejection -- now locked out
We have been locked out from being able to have our identity verified after multiple attempts to get verified. The option to appeal is no longer an option as the "Fix now" button has disappeared. We have tried everything to get help and only have just over 5 business days to resolve this before we lose the option to renew. This has a critical impact on our business. We have submitted multiple tickets, but they get closed without getting resolved. We have one open ticket at the moment which has had 3 escalations, but the issue is still unresolved. We were told to go to the local Microsoft office, but it's been closed for over a year now. Besides we have also been told that the matter has to be resolved through Support and not by going to the office. Does anyone either have a solution or know where we can go or who we can contact to get the solution? #aka.ms/asfp186Views0likes2CommentsIdentity Verification works for Partner but not for Developer???
I just changed my email address under Legal Info Partner and Developer. First of all the Identity Verification under Partner also gave us the Fix Now button, however pushing it did not forward us to an external website. Pushing it indeed fixed the problem and authorised us immediately as "Partner" Secondly we also got the Fix now button under Developer here it opens a link to a website where it says authorisation denied So Partner Identity verification is okay - and Developer Identity verification is not okay. Can someone at Microsoft (or can someone trigger your outsourced departments) just copy paste the Partner Identity verification code to the developer identity verification?HFHTWNov 06, 2024Brass Contributor25Views0likes0CommentsEmployment verification failed - Fix Now - Not Working
Fix Now button does nothing, or at least not as pictured in your own guide article. Account Verification side-screen is NOT showing up after clicking on the Fix Now button, as depicted the imagein your own article.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses Fix Now button just restarts the process of verification, which fails constantly, without specifying what is wrong. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by Microsoft, there are multiple such reports.nick590Nov 06, 2024Copper Contributor449Views3likes10CommentsShame on Microsoft
So it seems like removing forum posts works, but removing a certificate from the Microsoft Database OR fixing this idoti.c Microsoft Partner Portal does not work within 2 MONTHS (whereas I see problems with this Partner Portal for almost a year now)? Maybe the Forum admins should be levelled up to become backend administrators? If Microsoft is not competent enough to fix the Microsoft Partner Portal problems, how about hiring skilled people rather than keep going with the current incompetent people who cannot and who are not willing to fix any problems? Don't be shocked but Microsoft AI is not up to it and will not fix it. Why does Microsoft want to rely on cross signed Windows drivers if Microsoft is not competent enough to implement that in their eco-system? Digicert is able to verify a company within 1 day while Microsoft is not able to fix their B2B issues within 2 month. Microsoft is not even able to verify the developer identification properly even though the developer is set as company owner which also shows up in the DUNS database. What's the goal of all that? Keep/make other people angry? It's so easy to fix those issues, why don't you guys just fix them? And reading .. the other department doesn't share information, yes well then they should be laid off or getting taught to share information. The way Microsoft is going is absolute incompetent at the moment. I really wonder how Microsoft can run a cloud service with such unreliable staff, customers joining this madness is nothing but an economical sui.cide mission.HFHTWNov 06, 2024Brass Contributor76Views0likes2CommentsMicrosoft Partner Agreement (“MPA”) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) notice of suspensi
We just got this email from Microsoft: Microsoft Partner Agreement (“MPA”) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) notice of suspension and termination proceedings This is regarding your company’s Microsoft CSP account with tenant ID XXXX The problem is that behind this ID is our Azure subscription with all our services and data. There is no option to reply to the email to understand what happened. We are a small company from the US working on SAAS products. We have CSP agreements from 2018 that are renewed each year. I checked what could be wrong and went through all: The account seems ok and is verified Security in Entra ID is ok; security defaults are enabled We tried to ask for support, but the issue is unclear. They mention: In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details. Can anyone help here?milanmilanovichOct 29, 2024Copper Contributor1.6KViews0likes9CommentsPartner verification hell
Please ensure that they are issued within the previous 12 months. Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on your account. How does one get past this stage? I've provided the documents, massaged all the forms I could find and only get the same canned responses with no actual support value. The domain is a verified domain in Entra Admin. All company information in the forms are EXACT and as requested, yet not accepted. What is not supposedly not exact and where is impossible to tell. The domain is registered via AWS Route53, which does not provide invoices with Domain information. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/domain-billing-report.html "If your AWS bill is charged to a credit card, you receive a separate invoice for each domain transaction. These invoices don't include the domain name"; still, I provided the invoice linked via a billing report and even a statement from AWS support proving Domain ownership. The whois records also have the company information. I'm at a loss. One month and counting.jussihoituuOct 28, 2024Copper Contributor895Views2likes3CommentsIssues with Account Verification and Revoked Partner Status
Hello everyone, Since July 30th, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with account verification in Microsoft Partner Center and to restore my partner status. Here's a summary of the problem: In April, I successfully completed the verification process by submitting all the required documents to confirm my domain ownership. The documents met all the criteria, including the 12-month validity requirement. On July 30th, my developer status was revoked without any explanation. I have requested clarification several times, but each time I only received requests to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. I resubmitted the documents on August 8th, but I still haven't received any constructive response, just automated messages. Recently, I received a message saying that several attempts to verify my information were unsuccessful, and the process was closed. This could result in my relationship with Microsoft being terminated within 30 days. My team has spent a year learning the Graph API and developing our Outlook application, and now it seems we won’t be able to publish it due to unclear verification issues. Could someone please advise if there is a way to expedite the resolution of this problem? I have submitted all the required documents and met the necessary criteria, yet I continue to face rejections. Here are my support ticket numbers for reference: 2404250040003907 2409030040003632 2408210040001904 2409060040005012 I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed.
