Dear community, Hope you are doing great. We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we recently discovered a change in terms of Pricing in Partner Center, and more specifically when it comes to Azure Plan Pricelists download. Usually, we were able to download the respective Azure Plan pricelist as a Category under the NCE option. However, what we see now is an option in Beta which redirects us to the Azure Portal. Could you please be so kind to help us identify how will we be able to download the CSV Azure Plan Pricelists as we were doing couple months ago? Thank you so much in advance for your assistance! NickNew updates to developer benefits! February 2026
As part of the February 13 expansion to Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefits offerings—including partner benefits packages, ISV Success packages, Solutions Partner designations, and specializations—Microsoft has updated developer benefits included in the partner program, along with how these benefits are accessed. The Visual Studio license included in all benefits offerings is now exclusively Visual Studio Enterprise IDE. This updated license includes many existing benefits such as Dometrain, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Concierge chat, and more, but some key changes have been made to deliver a more secure, compliant, and higher value experience for partners. The per-user monthly Azure credits have been replaced with Azure bulk credits at the organization level, accessible through the Partner Center benefits dashboard; this pooled model gives partners great flexibility with credit allocation while better aligning with Microsoft Azure development needs and reducing unused credits. Additionally, access to some legacy on-premises software downloads and transferrable product keys will no longer be included in partner program developer benefits to support clearer entitlement boundaries; these entitlements remain available through appropriate licensing channels. It’s important to note that these changes apply only to partner program benefits accessed through the Visual Studio subscription portal and do not affect paid Visual Studio subscriptions or SKUs. These changes were enacted to ensure that partners can better utilize Azure credits across teams, promote compliant use of partner program benefits, and simplify benefits management while preserving access to core developer tools. It may require a change management plan, so we encourage you to develop one. Microsoft remains deeply committed to our partners and to continuing to invest in your success and growth by regularly reviewing and updating benefits to support customer impact and innovation. Please review the Microsoft Learn page for full details on this update and download the benefits guide for a full list of updated benefits.52Views0likes0CommentsDynamics 365 Sales, Customer Services and Field service for IUR instead Sandbox
Hello, we are Microsoft partners for about 20 years. All the time, we have been paying for the Gold, or now the highest tier of Microsoft Partner benefit package. There was a recent change in benefits, that it removed old Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) + Marketing..., to equivalent, BUT only Partner sandbox. Meaning, the product is not any more Internal Use rights, and is forbidden to run production, instead only test, demo, development partner sandbox license exists. Please, understand this is huge impact on benefit package, and you cannot tell me - this is an improvement. Asking the Microsoft Partner program, and Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field service, product groups to review the decision and bring back the internal use rights (IUR) production license grade back for Microsoft Partners...41Views0likes2CommentsTSP Renewal – Can Purchase Option Be Available After Membership Expiry?
If a Training Services Partner did not purchase exam vouchers in the last 12 months and the renewal date is 18th February 2026, but they complete the other two requirements and purchased 200 vouchers in February 2026, the dashboard will update only next month. Since there is a 30-day grace period (also got expired), the membership may expire before the dashboard updates. In this case, once the data updates in March, can the partner still renew the membership? Will the purchase/renewal option still be available after expiry? Or do they need to follow a different re-enrollment process? Please advise. Now Open: Submit a Proposal to Collaborate Through MOSAIC
Microsoft is opening an application for organizations and individuals interested in collaborating through MOSAIC — the Microsoft Organizational Strategy for Analysts, Influencers, and Communities. MOSAIC is how Microsoft works with partner-led organizations, creators, and analysts to support partner growth and AI adoption. This opportunity is shared publicly to ensure the process is open and visible across the partner ecosystem. Within the broader partner ecosystem, its objective is to align community engagement to Microsoft cloud solution areas and partner growth priorities. In practice, this means helping partners: Understand where to focus their time and investment Accelerate adoption of Microsoft solutions Utilize Microsoft programs and Marketplace effectively Surface structured partner insights back to Microsoft It brings consistency and coordination to work that was previously more siloed or team-specific. Who should consider applying You should consider submitting a proposal if you are one of the following: Partner-led organizations and communities Groups that convene, train, or activate Microsoft partners through programs, cohorts, events, or learning experiences. Option 1 - Partner‑led association: A non‑profit (501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6)) partner-led organization that convenes Microsoft partners for growth, skilling, and partner‑to‑partner collaboration through training, events, cohorts, and accelerators Option 2 - Partner‑led network: A for‑profit partner-led organization that provides training, events, sales enablement, or business development services to help Microsoft partners scale ------------------------ Creators and Influencers Individuals or media brands that produce content, campaigns, or storytelling that help partners or customers understand Microsoft solutions and real-world use cases. ----------------------- Analysts and insight experts Research firms or ecosystem experts that provide market insight, partner feedback, or analysis. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ What kinds of proposals we are looking for We are looking for ideas that help partners: Understand where to focus their time and investment Adopt Microsoft solutions with confidence Use Microsoft programs, benefits, and marketplace offerings effectively Share real-world feedback and insights that inform Microsoft decisions You do not need to use Microsoft-specific terminology. Clear language, practical ideas, and measurable outcomes matter most. How success is defined Success is defined by measurable partner impact and alignment to Microsoft areas. Depending on the proposal, that may include: Increased adoption of Microsoft solutions Greater utilization of Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefits and resources Marketplace activation and transactable offers Partner engagement signals such as skilling, designations, or participation Structured partner insights that inform Microsoft teams Proposals should clearly articulate intended outcomes and how impact could be observed or measured. The biggest goal is to give external organizations an opportunity to propose how they are uniquely positioned to support goals without extremely strict requirements. Level of engagement expected Engagement depends on the scope of the proposal. There is no required minimum model. Engagement may include: Time-bound campaigns or micro initiatives Cohort programs, workshops, or enablement series Research, listening sessions, or insights deployment Ongoing structured engagement models Selected organizations will work with us align on scope, cadence, deliverables, and reporting expectations appropriate to the initiative if selected. How the process works Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis, with formal calls for proposals approximately every six months. Proposals may cover short-term or longer-term efforts. Proposals are reviewed and selected by a selection committee, and activities may be chosen depending on scope and available budget. Submitting does not guarantee selection. If a proposal is not selected by one internal team, there may be other internal teams who feel the proposal meets their needs. This is to create more awareness of an external group’s work and value proposition internally. Proposals not selected during one period may be considered for the next round. Round I: February 2026 (for the second half of fiscal year FY26) Round II: June 2026 (for the first half of fiscal year FY27) Round III: December 2026 (for the second half of fiscal year FY27) *FYI: proposals submitted can cover short-term ideas or a longer-term initiative (i.e. a year). ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ How to apply Step One: Review the attached process details and submit your interest in the intake form here - MOSAIC Process Intake Form Step Two: Send your proposal with more details to this email (see attached for what should go in your proposal): microsoftinfo@mosaic.com For questions, contact: mosaicinfo@microsoft.com73Views1like1CommentNet Customer Adds - encouraging the wrong culture?
We're a Microsoft Partner that focuses on delivering excellent service to our SMB clients. This involves making sure they're as secure and compliant as they can be, and that they understand how to use the vast array of modern workplace tools to maximum advantage. Our primary Solutions Partner Designation is therefore Modern Work (SMB). Our staff are keen on learning so we have maximum points for intermediate and advanced certifications. We are continuously helping our clients to exploit the modern work tools so deployment scores are excellent. We also help our clients ensure those tools are adopted into the everyday flow of work so usage growth is huge. BUT, given our focus is implementing more Microsoft workloads into existing customers, rather than adding more customers, our Net Customer Adds score is 0, putting our designation at risk (as you have to score points in every area to renew). I do feel we're effectively being penalised by Microsoft for concentrating on helping clients get the most out of their offerings, rather than just selling licenses. And after raising this with them, it sounds like there's nothing we can do other than simply keep our fingers crossed that a month of high net customer adds drops off the rolling 12 month window before our renewal date for us to maintain our designation. The skilling, deployment, and usage requirements all make sense as they're about providing a good service and ensuring adoption by the end customer, but net customer adds clearly puts selling over service which isn't our culture or business model (or that of many smaller partners). In chatting to other partners, many are choosing not to renew their SPD's for similar reasons so I'm hoping the relevant decision makers will listen to this feedback and review the scoring. On February 25th, Ultimate Partner is hosting its annual Executive Winter Retreat in Boca Raton, Florida. We are excited to welcome Nina Harding, CVP, Americas Global Partner Solutions, as this year’s keynote speaker. Nina will share key customer insights during this period of rapid transformation and highlight the critical role partners play in driving meaningful business outcomes. Over the past several months, one thing has become clear: AI is no longer an abstract conversation. Customers are asking how to run it securely, measure its impact, and scale it across their organizations. At the same time, partners are looking for ways to convert the momentum from the Microsoft AI Tour into real execution. Nina will discuss what executives are prioritizing right now, how Agentic AI is reshaping expectations, and how partners can help customers realize measurable value. She will be joined on stage by a strong lineup of Microsoft leaders—Katharine Kennedy, Jason Rook, Erwin Visser, and Steve Cohen—each bringing a real-world perspective on what it takes to build successful, durable partnerships. These leaders will help partners focus on the drivers of momentum: Translating AI strategy into actionable partner plans Understanding how marketplaces now dominate transactions Leveraging ecosystem orchestration as a competitive advantage Navigating a buyer who thinks, evaluates, and purchases differently This retreat is intentionally designed for execution—not theory, not product announcements, and not high-level dialogue. It is a forum where partners gain clarity on how to build, sell, and deliver with Microsoft in 2026. I’m focused on the Microsoft data platform, with a specialization in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. My work is centered on helping organizations design, implement, and scale modern analytics and reporting solutions on Azure, with a strong emphasis on real world business outcomes rather than just dashboards. As demand for end to end solutions continues to grow, I’m looking to deepen collaboration with complementary Microsoft partners, for example partners who focus on Dynamics 365 or Business Central Data engineering, data science, or AI App development including Power Apps, custom apps, or ISVs Security, governance, or change management I’d really appreciate advice from partners who have successfully built co sell or referral relationships, specifically What has worked and what has not when partnering with other Microsoft partners How you structure collaboration so it’s mutually beneficial and scalable Tips on aligning around go to market, co selling, or delivery without stepping on each other’s toes If you’re a partner interested in collaborating around Fabric and Power BI led analytics engagements, or if you’re willing to share lessons learned, I’d love to connect and learn from your experience. Hi everyone, I have a question regarding a CSP subscription renewal. I work for a company that is not a Microsoft partner. Previously, we worked with a partner from whom we purchased Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and some other licenses. We recently received an email from this former partner stating that we need to renew a CSP subscription. For your information, we are a customer, not a partner. Could you please clarify whether this CSP subscription is something we need to renew ourselves, or if this is the responsibility of the partner? I would also appreciate your advice, as I am concerned this might not be legitimate. Please correct me if I am wrong. Best regards,Courseware completions - Not updating
