Microsoft 365 Developer Program Eligibility
I was excited to hear all of the buzz around the revamped M365 Dev Program and eligibility for MAICPP participants (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program) especially for the sandbox subscription benefit: Eligible MAICPP partner levels include: Azure Expert Managed Service Providers (MSP) Solutions Partners Specialization Partners Managed Partners Microsoft Action Pack Subscribers Partner Success Core Benefits Recipients Partner Success Expanded Benefits Recipients Partner Launch Benefits Recipients Legacy Gold/Silver Partners However, when I log into my dashboard (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile), it says "you don't currently qualify for..." instead of the experience outlined in the help docs and announcements. Has anyone been able to provision a new M365 sandbox subscription with the new provisioning method? I have reached out to partner support, but they referred me to the dev program alias and nobody there has replied.NEWSLETTER: Nonprofit Partner Community Update | November 2025

Hello, a company wants to join Bridge to the Cloud 3 next year. They are starting with 40 users and then scaling up to 120 users after migration. For the migration phase, they want to book 10 CSP users before joining the promotion. How should the following passage from the FAQ be interpreted? Are 10 users compliant for the preliminary project because they are scaling up to 120 users, or only 4 because they are only booking 40 licenses at the start of the promotion? Q3: Can customers who licensed a small quantity of Dynamics 365 online licenses for testing enroll in this promotion? A: Use of a free trial offer (prior to BTC3 enrollment) does not impact eligibility for this BTC3 promotion. Although customers with prior paid online licenses of the same product are normally ineligible for this promotion, as an exception, such customers are not excluded if their peak number of paid Dynamics 365 online full users to date does not exceed 10% of the number of full users that will be licensed at BTC3 enrollment. my company admin has noticed that in the Microsoft Partner Center > Skilling > Intermediate report, my name is not appearing under the Azure Administration section. Even though I have completed the required learning activities and linked my Microsoft Partner University account (examplemailto:email address removed for privacy reasons) with my personal Microsoft account (mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons), my name is still not reflecting in the Partner Center reports. Could you please tell what is the issue and help resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance and support. Best regards, AmarAchievement Code are not correctly reflecting in the Partner Center

I have the following questions about the scenario in which a direct bill partner does not meet the new requirements at the CSP tenant anniversary date: Restricted Status vs. Suspension/Revocation: Until recently, official documents indicated that at T+0, a direct bill partner would move to "Restricted" status, allowing them to continue billing and renewing existing customers, but not create new customers or subscriptions, for an indefinite period. This also allowed a reasonable timeframe for transition to indirect CSP. Now, the new enforcement policies state that at T+30, the tenant is placed in "Suspended" status, and at T+60, it is "Revoked," with no further possibility to operate on active customers and their subscriptions—even in cases where subscriptions have already been paid for annual or annual/monthly contracts. Could you clarify the reason for this change and the rationale behind the new, stricter enforcement timeline? Customer Transition Feasibility: How does Microsoft expect all customers to be transferred to an indirect provider within just 30–60 days after T+0? Is there any support or guidance for partners to manage such a rapid transition? Because in my opinion is not feasible and could be a potential risk to loose customers business. Prepaid Subscriptions: Even if it were possible to transfer all customers within the required timeframe, has Microsoft considered that many of these subscriptions have already been prepaid for an entire year or are in the middle of an annuality with monthly payments by the direct bill partner to Microsoft? We appreciate your attention to these concerns and look forward to your guidance on how to best manage compliance and customer impact under the new policies. My personal opinion is that is immediately necessary to restore the process as before with the Restricted Status if Direct Bill are not satisfied and give time (one year) to the partner to move to indirect provider all the customers/subscriptions. Thank you in advance for your support.Updated Achievement Code Documentation
We have updated our Achievement Code documentation to clarify and consolidate. This document contains info on: Onboarding to a Microsoft Learn admin account that allows your organization to generate achievement codes How to generate achievement codes The redeeming experience for the learner / customer Support resources While this resource will be more pertinent to new TSPs, it does contain information related to many of the questions we receive on the topic. If you are seeking information that this document does not provide, please drop a note on this thread and we can explore adding more detail. The document will be available in the coming days in the Get Started collection. As I'm still having issues adding attachments to these forum posts, please find the document in September's Community Call shared folder for the time being. I will update this thread with a new location when available.SharePoint Embedded guide for software companies

The point is that our benefits associated with purchasing the "Legacy Gold" product expire next month, and we're currently offered the following offers in the Partner Center. Is it possible to purchase both packages "Partner Success Expanded Benefits" and "Partner Success Core Benefits" at the same time, thus obtaining a combined total of 50 Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses? To maintain business continuity, we need approximately 60 Microsoft 365 licenses. We currently have E3, but we're forced to downgrade to Business Premium. This would be a significant one-time cost if we had to purchase these licenses separately, so we'd like to take advantage of the two bundles of offers prepared for us. Is it possible? This will reduce cost demand by x2... I really hope this is possible. If not - what's other options? We need at lease 55 licences for Microsoft 365 but Expanded Package give only 35.49Views0likes2CommentsWhere to access "Customer Propensity Scoring"?
In the FY26 SDC Partner Investments Office Hours, and Updates for SDC's sessions, there is a slide about two key marketplace rewards. One is Customer Propensity Scoring, the other is Azure Sponsorship. I seem to be unable to find more information or links (in MPC, or other various Microsoft sites)to be able to use the Customer Propensity Scoring. Hello TSPs, We've announced on the last two monthly community calls that an update was coming to the Metrics that Matter (MTM) survey currently leveraged for the TSP quality scoring metrics. Attached is a refreshed MTM overview document which contains the new questions that will go live on November 1, 2025. From a partner performance or operations perspective there is no action for you - you'll see the survey automatically update on November 1. If you have custom data slices on your MTM dashboard you may want to update those data connections once the questions are live on November 1. Within the attached document you'll find additional FAQs. If you have additional questions, please post them below so that I can answer for the entire forum. The MTM support page can be found here. You can also reach support by emailing support <at> explorance.com. The attached file will soon join our other documentation in the Get Started collection on the Learning Resource site. Edit: resource is not attaching to this update. Until I can fix you can access it in September's Community Call shared folder.Shape the future - your input fuels the next developer accelerator!
