Approvals to shared mailbox
Hi, We use the "approvals" app in Teams to coordinate leave with colleagues and managers. The app works, but we still have to manually place the approved leave request in a shared mailbox. Is there a solution within the app "approvals" or via PowerAutomate to make this happen automatically? RC101Views0likes0CommentsHub for external use
Hi, For our business structure, I am looking into what is possible in Sharepoint to organize collaboration with external parties. So this question is more of a brainstorm than a problem. We now share files with external parties via a number of channels such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook,... . I would like to structure this on 1 dashboard per external partner. We use a Hub internally on which our information pages are displayed. I would also like to work with some sort of hub for externals. Can external parties log in to a hub? If so, could a dashboard be created on it with all relevant files (folders) spread across other sites? ronny331Views0likes1Commentlocation within availability info
Hi guys, I'm not sure where to post this topic, but here's my question. In Teams or Outlook you can see if a colleague is available by the red or green dot next to his name. If you click on it, you can also see the office location. In the context of working from home, it would apparently be possible (I have been told) to make this location dependent on the WiFi that is connected to. Is that right? And if so, how do I set that up? Ronny715Views0likes0Commentsorganize internal workshops
Hello members, I have a nice question for you, at least I think so. Is there a possibility in Outlook, or alternatively Teams, to have employees register for a workshop? I have 4 staff meetings to schedule, but places are limited. The first 10 have a seat, the rest will have to look at another date. We always do this with an Excel that is filled in, but I wonder if this is not possible in Outlook, Teams or another application. Anyone have an idea? I have already tested Polly, but did not get the desired result. Doodle is a possibility, but is outside our O365 environment. Thank you very much for your ideas. Hi, New to this forum, hope to learn a lot. I am an IT employee (and also Sharepoint admin), and working on setting up a communication platform in SharePoint. If anyone has a cool tip to make pages look fun and attractive, I'd love to hear it. My question for this post. Is it possible to get a notification when a comment is added to a SharePoint page? For example, I have a page with FAQ on it. At the bottom of the page, employees can ask a question via the comments. When they do, I would like to get a notification. So I thought in the first place that this would require PowerAutomate. Anyone have an idea if this is possible? I hope to be able to find an answer here soon, so that I can ask the following question. I still have some of them though. Ronnyarchiving a private channel
Hello members, first time here on this forum. Hope to learn a lot from here. I'm experimenting on how to deal with Teams in our company. The intention would be that we set up a team per department, with a private channel per case. In the private channels we can then add several guests. However, if I understand correctly, there is a limitation in the number of private channels in Teams (30). Once a case is completed, I should be able to archive the channel so that space is made available for a new one. Is that possible in Teams, or possibly in SharePoint? Found out how to archive a Teams, but not a channel. Ronny3.9KViews0likes2Comments
