Is there a way to create custom Chat sections other than Pinned and Recent?
Under Chat you can pin a particular chat and it will show under a "Pinned" section that can be collapsed / expanded, besides the "Recent" section that is always there.As you start pinning more conversations the Pinned section can get more cluttered. Is there a way to create custom sections? For example to group people from TeamA so I can find their contacts easily instead of having to search for them. Note that I don't want to send a message to multiple people at once, the idea is to be able to quickly find the contacts that are available from a given group. This feature is available on Slack (custom sections) and it was really useful to me, before I moved to my current employer which uses Teams instead.
Latest Version of Teams not installing on Server 2019
Is anyone else able to install 24335.208.3315.1951 or higher on Windows Server 2019? We use the Deployment Image Servicing and Management command but since this version it fails to install with "Error: 15606. Package could not be registered." Versions 24295.605.3225.8804 and below install without error. Very strange.Queue App - historical agent information
We have recently introduced Teams Queue application , it works well but doesn't seem to provide the same information for historical reporting than real time. As an example: We are able to see the number of calls presented to each agent within the group as it happens (today), It shows us all the presented, the number answered, abandoned or timed out in real time, to ensure the correct number of resource is aligned this is essential. It doesn't however, show this data historically, to see an overall number of calls answered, abandoned or timed out per agent for a specific date period. The historical data only seems to provides generic information for the call queue as a whole, not the agents opted in, even when extracted into an excel report. Is there a way to get this data historically ? or is it just not yet available. Without, we are reliant on daily Screen pics of agent impact, which is not very good! (It is also not available within the PowerBI reporting, only calls answered are documented here)
How to COMPLETELY delete / unistall Teams
I have an issue with the New Teams. In the old Teams I had access to a guest account and could easily switch. After updating to New Teams - the account that get shown has a combination of the guest org and my own org. I have no way to switch to the guest account. Then when I log out I see a list of other accounts I have used in the past. These are not guest accounts but actual login accounts. I don't have access to them anymore and they are not listed as organisations I'm a member of. I have uninstalled Teams, deleted cache several time but I can not get everything deleted! I have created a new windows profile to test and the issue does not appear there. (not the solution I want) So how do I COMPLETELY DELETE / UNISTALL Teams? I want everything gone from my work profile so I can get a clean install that works.

Hey Teams Tech Gurus, I'm looking for some advice on an issue with Powerpoint Live, any kind of help and support from you fine gentlemen would be very much appreciated. The background is we have a big (literally and figuratively!) presentation to deliver tomorrow which contains a ton of videos. We normally embed these videos into a PPT and present them via Powerpoint Live in Teams. As I'm sure you all know, there is virtually no lag on Powerpoint Live and it's overall a much smoother viewing experience compared to sharing a window locally. For tomorrow's presentation, we invited an External Speaker to present and he is planning to use a lot of videos. He installed the Teams app on this MAC, but for some strange reason, the Powerpoint LIVE option / section is not showing up on his screen. We tried switching to the Web Version of Teams but the result was the same. Attached is a screenshot of his view when he selects Share. The only options available are Share Desktop and Share Screen. Do you guys know why Powerpoint Live isn't showing up? Could it have something to do with security? (His company normally uses Zoom). Thanks a million! This is super urgent so would appreciate any advice / solutions. In the event that Powerpoint Live still does not show up on his Teams screen, are there any alternative ways we can present videos within PPT without lag?Communities on IOS
Hello, I have created a community on Teams and I am trying to invite a user and it is not working for them. Here are the details: User is connected to all members of the community team (can chat direct with them, attend teams meetings, etc) User is on osx/iOS platforms and is up today with apps and operating system User receives requests to join the community (email, message links, etc) The user cannot join or see the community. On both the desktop version and the app version the community tab (along the bottom) is not visible. I have an identical laptop and mobile phone and I am the one that created the community and my view versus the view the problem user has is different, in that there is no community tab visible. Help! Thank you
"Microsoft Teams" Is Accessing Your Screen notification
Hi, after the latest Mac Update (MacOS Sequoia version 15.2) I am now perpetually getting reminders that Teams is accessing my screen and audio when I am deliberately sharing my screen. I can't find a way to get rid of it. This happens multiple times throughout a meeting when I am sharing my screen. Any suggestions?
