Planner Premium in GCCH
Hi all, We are looking to do more with Planner Premium and are frustrated at the lack of tools given to gov clouds to support the conversion of Planner basic plans to Planner Premium. We don't have the magic button to add the premium views like commercial. I then attempted to build a flow to do this based on a basic plan exported to Excel and we don't have the action within Power Automate to interact with Premium plans. It only allows me to select the basic Planners, the Premium ones don't show up in the drop-down to select. Has any one else figured out a way to do this other then manually recreating your tasks from one plan to another?
Approvals to shared mailbox
Hi, We use the "approvals" app in Teams to coordinate leave with colleagues and managers. The app works, but we still have to manually place the approved leave request in a shared mailbox. Is there a solution within the app "approvals" or via PowerAutomate to make this happen automatically? RC
Moving data from SharePoint List to Password protected excel through PowerAutomate rule
Hi Folks, I need one help in Power Automate rule, where as I have set up a rule to move the entries from SharePoint List to an excel which is saved in a separate document library. Due to some privacy concern, I would like to make this excel password protected. It will be great help if anyone can help me to know with the required changes in my existing powerautomate flow. that can also move my SharePoint list entries into password protected excel.
