Security Score in Security Admin center not updating
Hi, I am looking at the security score in the security admin center and trying to apply some of the easy items to improve the score. For example, "Move messages that are detected as impersonated users by mailbox intelligence" which needs anti-phishing policy with the ‘Enable mailbox intelligence’ and ‘Enable intelligence for impersonation protection’ options enabled ensure that the ‘If mailbox Intelligence detects an impersonated user’ option set to ‘Quarantine the message’ Both of which are now done But my score will not change and the reccomendation doesn't go away. In this example i have only the default policy, Office365 AntiPhish Default, and it is applied to all users - 408 users (100%). Can anyone point me towards what I am doing wrong or missed? I have applied 7 of the listed recommended actions with no score change so far so i'd like to work it out before I get too far into it if i'm doing it wrong. Thanks for any advice IanSolvedian-mcguinnessNov 12, 2025Copper Contributor114Views0likes2CommentsAgent in SharePoint option is not visible in the M365 admin center
Agent in SharePoint option is not visible in my M365 admin center under pay as you go service and it's only show Syntex services option not the Agent in SharePoint. As before we were able to see both options like Agent in SharePoint and Syntex services but now Agent in SharePoint is not visible. I have also attached the screenshot where both of the options were visible but now the Agents in SharePoint option is not visible, so is there new update in admin portal or is this is some kind of issue?Solvedhritik450Oct 10, 2025Copper Contributor216Views0likes3CommentsEmails from our custom domain ends up in quarantine
Hello, I have an issue with emails coming from one of our custom domains being detected as phishing for identity theft reason. We've got the main domain on Microsoft 365, let's call it: "domain-example.com" and the second domain on IONOS : "domainexample.com" When we receive emails from this second domain it is detected as phishing since it is a domain name very close to our main domain, therefore those emails are placed into quarantine. How do I resolve this issue? Can I indicate Microsoft 365 that this second domain is owned by our company, therefore the emails coming from this domain aren't identity theft attempts? I found how to add a domain on Microsoft 365 Admin Center but I don't know what are the consequences of this action, I want to keep my domain on IONOS and send emails from their web server. All I want is to stop emails from our company to end up into quarantine or spam folder. Thank you.SolvedCB-MDAug 18, 2025Copper Contributor205Views1like4CommentsArchiving Teams channels?
Hi, I found this from MS https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/office/archivieren-oder-wiederherstellen-eines-kanals-53c46491-a265-4391-a2a7-001c5026c9e5 But settings are not available as described in that article. Any ideas how I would be able to archive channels within MS Teams?SolvedheinzelrumpelJan 31, 2025Brass Contributor267Views0likes2CommentsExchange Online - Seeing all aliases of dist list
Hello all, We are preparing to sync our on prem AD distro groups and mail enabled security groups to O365, with a migration of email to EO to follow. (We already have user accounts synced via Azure AD Connect.) One gotcha, is that we have old email addresses (with unused domains) on these groups and I'm not sure if thats going to be a problem if I sync then before stripping those out. I was able to script removing those from the user accounts before we synced those, though doing it for the groups hasn't been successful so far. I went ahead and synced a couple of DG's to O365 just as a trial run, and when I view the groups in Exchange Admin Center / Groups/ Dist List, it shows the primary email email address and two of the alias addresses. Then it shows '+3 more'. I can't figure out how to view those '3 more' aliases. I'm wanting to see if those additional addresses are good addresses (with our domains that do exist in O365). If so, then I would seem that the sync leaves out the 'bad' addresses, if that makes sense. Thanks for any pointers!SolvedMauryJJan 27, 2025Copper Contributor526Views0likes2CommentsChange the message by adding a new member in a MS Group
Hello, I would like to know if Microsoft offers a feature that either prevents a new member in a Microsoft 365 Group from receiving an email when a new he is added. Or it is possible to customize the email body sent when a new member is added.Solved89Views0likes2CommentsDMarc Issues
I am using Microsoft 365 Business emali (Exchange) online. Hello, We are in the process of moving some of our mail-flow / transport rules over to Microsoft Purview. We don't want the DLP policy to apply when people click their "Encrypt" or "Do not Forward" buttons (RMS templates; OME encryption.) Putting "Permission Controlled" in the exceptions group should theoretically let the emails go through. The exception we have for when people put "Encrypt" in the subject line works (we have a mail-flow rule that encrypts those emails.) But actually clicking "Options" > "Set permissions on this item" > "Encrypt" doesn't remove the policy tip on an email draft, and people are unable to send the emails. Can someone verify that this rule is constructed properly? If so, we may have to reach out to Microsoft Support. Thank you so much for your time and help!SolvedNateCyberOct 28, 2024Copper Contributor459Views1like6CommentsLimiting admins to specific domains and licenses quantities
Hi There, I have a tenant with only one domain at the moment which is of the main organization. I'm planning three more domains and each of these additional domains belong to a company who are subsidiaries of the main company. I am aware adding domains won't be an issue but however my question is as below; Can I create custom admins with each of them tied/limited managing, creating and updating users specific to the given domain(s) including the limiting of licenses (e.g.: admin B can only create up to 50 users under domain B). So that, as a main admin, I can oversee and control the domains, licenses and users.SolvedazkermOct 07, 2024Copper Contributor409Views0likes2CommentsM365 Admin Center Integrated Report Message for few users in Outlook
