tenant completely unreachable after update PLAID number on partner portal
Hi, i'm a reseller in Italy. I have a partnership with a local distributor to resell Office 365 product from many years. On the license side (my panel at vendor) i see my license available yet, like other customers. In these days we have changed the PLAID as requested to enable again our partnership. I've opened the ticket as suggested and after that we have lost completeley the access with any admin of our domain (@noorduffici.com and onmicrosoft.com) I can't login even in the partner portal of microsoft that reply with ( the mail doesn't exists) I've tried to call any number of support but anytime I go on with a virtual caller without a solution . Someone could hel about this issue ? The domain is not corrupted because i've access and i change the MX record to work temporaly with mail NOT microsoft.
Need Help Escalating Microsoft 365 Billing Case – Unresolved Since 8/27
I have had a problem getting a ticket resolved TrackingID 2509240040013394. I have not been able to pay my business standard licenses and my tenant is locked down. I have worked with support several times and they have not been able to resolve the issue. When looking at the logs during one of the troubleshooting steps I found TenantLockedForAbuse. I reported that to them and I have not gotten anything resolved and this has been going on sense 8/27/25 if you have any information on how you can help that would be greatly appreciated.

New Office365 SB licenses for an existing contract
I have an active ESD MS Office 365 Buisness license plan of 35. Now we need to buy additional 5 ESD MS Office 365 Buisness Standard licenses. There is an option to add licenses in the Panel, but will it increase my total from 35 licenses to 40? Will it just change to the 5 available licenses?
New Teams Crash After Sharing Screen
Only 1 user on a Surface Pro that recently has a Teams crash after sharing the screen. It shuts down the application and boots them from the meeting. Teams version 24193.1805.3040.8975. The laptop was imaged and it is still occurring. Working with Microsoft Support and they haven't been able to help. Device crashes with no other equipment plugged in. Any help is appreciated.
Sharepoint Llibrary to more than 1,000 devices
Hi All, I've been messing around with Sharepoint Libraries, and I have deployed SharePoint for small environments. Will the SharePoint Sync be a good option for large library sets, and more then 1000 deices? I want to ensure a good sync experience to the end users and Im worry about the large library sets.

I swear the ineptitude of Microsoft support knows no bounds. You give us the option to upload a video, but the format for which the WINDOWS OS's SNIPPET TOOL USES AS WELL AS CIipChamp that is referenced as a program to edit with FROM THE SNIPPING TOOL (which this forum WOULDN'T even allow me to have as a word here...) uses MP4 BUT MP4 IS NOT ALLOWED... I mean seriously who is in charge of this madness!? They should be ejected into the sun for this sort of stupidity, and then the tool tip gives you 0 information as well as the error. So freaking annoying and stupid.
