Hi everyone, We’re trying to roll out People Skills across our organisation, but the feature never becomes active in our Microsoft 365 tenant. After a lot of investigation, it looks increasingly likely that the root cause is that our tenant is classified as an Education (EDU) tenant. Which is correct, we are a mixed tenant accurately so for licensed purposes, but Education tenants don't get People Skills. Service plans updated and all initially looked out just no configuration appeared. Anyone else having issues with People Skills? We're running into issues trying to access Inventory in the 365 Apps Admin Center (https://config.office.com/). When trying to swap a specific group of devices to a different update channel (Current to Monthly Enterprise), we go into the Apps Admin Center, select inventory and receive a generic error: There was a problem showing the security update status information. Please refresh the page or try again later. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This has been happening for 3 days now. Was working fine prior to that (and were able to flip a few devices earlier in the week). Anyone else experiencing the same/similar issues? Multiple 365 Admin's within our organization are getting the same error, so it's not isolated to 1 person/1 account.323Views0likes2CommentsOffice 365 SMTP setup for Qlikview

Hello, We're trying to upload a custom addin by the Microsoft 365 admin center -> Integrated Apps method written in the Publish docs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/publish/publish) However, when we try to upload an addin, we can only select `Teams Apps` and no other options (the select button is disabled). See photo below we also don't see any `addin` options: we tried to upload our powerpoint manifest while the `Teams App` is selected, but of course we get an unusable manifest error. Could anyone give us some pointers / reasons why this is? Are there other documentation on deploying addin apps within Microsoft 365 Admin center?381Views0likes0CommentsJoin us for the upcoming webinar on Windows release health information hub, May 24, 2023.

Recently, I moved a very small team (2 people) to using Microsoft Business Apps - which is basically office 365 & OneDrive. 0This team already has external email which they are not interested in moving. This is why I picked the product of Microsoft Business Apps as it does not include any exchange or email services. Set up was very simple and move worked at first what felt as without any issues. However, when it comes to sharing to and from the members of this team either between each other or with any outside users; this doesn't work. It can work using the links; however, the problem is that according to Microsoft from the outside of the tenant; the users do not exist. And from inside the tenant; they can share with anyone; but no emails go out. So, besides the onmicrosoft domain, I used the customer's actual email domain. Should I have used the onmicrosoft account and will that route / send emails to their domain? Has anyone had this issue and what is the solution here. What is the best path forward. Besides moving their email to Microsoft. Is there a way to just MX out the email and let Microsoft handle the office / onedrive stuff? Why does the Business Apps product even exist if you cannot use external email? Thanks for any help or direction? For reference I'm talking about ( Windows under settings -> Accounts > Connect a work or school account) When our users choose to connect their school or work account they are getting both our DUO MFA that is configured with conditional access, and the Microsoft MFA prompts. We don't use Microsoft MFA, it's not enabled in conditional access, and it's not enabled in our Intune device management. How do we stop the Microsoft MFA prompt so the user is only getting the single DUO MFA prompt?Solved1.5KViews0likes3Comments
