microsoft 365 apps
28 TopicsBooking not available for everyone
Dear Community, We are currently experiencing an issue within our tenant related to the Microsoft Bookings App. While the app is enabled and accessible via browser for users in a specific group, some users are unable to add the app directly to their Teams interface without submitting a request. At this point, we have not been able to identify the root cause of the issue. I might be a policy issues that only we can solve. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or could suggest possible solution? Thank you :)5Views0likes0CommentsUnable to whitelist quarantined emails
We have an email that is being constantly quarantined from a webform. The email comes from the email of the web form server, but is spoofing an internal address in our tenant by design. The email keeps getting blocked, and nothing we've tried as far as transport rules, whitelist additions, etc has been able to discernably affect this. There is a option to create a tenant allow list entry but the maximum duration is 45 days. We need a way to reliably whitelist an email indefinitely.80Views0likes1CommentExtend M365 Archive Quota capacity
In my organization, we are currently on the O365 E5 License with default 100GB mailbox size per user and 1.5TB archive quota. However, due to organizational policy and regulatory requirements, we are expected to keep all the data from inception. Hence, the requirement for a solution to extend our archive size from 1.5TB. From the official Microsoft documentation, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-archiving-service-description/exchange-online-archiving-service-description#archive-storage-quota the maximum expansion of the archive mailbox is 1.5TB. Is it possible to extend the archive storage to an Azure blob? Like an automated script that moves the data from the Archive mailbox for each user to the Azure blob or any other storage service that does not have storage size limitation. I am open to suggestions. Thanks203Views1like2CommentsActivating Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard ESD license on NCE account.

We're running into issues trying to access Inventory in the 365 Apps Admin Center (https://config.office.com/). When trying to swap a specific group of devices to a different update channel (Current to Monthly Enterprise), we go into the Apps Admin Center, select inventory and receive a generic error: There was a problem showing the security update status information. Please refresh the page or try again later. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This has been happening for 3 days now. Was working fine prior to that (and were able to flip a few devices earlier in the week). Anyone else experiencing the same/similar issues? Multiple 365 Admin's within our organization are getting the same error, so it's not isolated to 1 person/1 account.128Views0likes2Commentsoutlook 365 set categories in admin center possible?
Hello, We're using Office 365 we have problems on multiple iMacs with the Outlook app. The colors of the categories sometimes disappear en sometimes different colors are suddenly popping up. It's happening on older iMac as on new ones as well. After a fresh install sometimes it works again for a while but then they'll start disappearing again. Very annoying and more people seem to have the same problem. Now I want to set the categories in the office or exchange admin center, but I cannot find out where I could do this. Hopefully when we set the categories for the whole company, hopefully the problems won't come back again. I think it might have something do also with delegated mailboxes but all people using them have all the rights. We're using the legacy Outlook while the new Outlook does show only a very few of our IMAP folders Hopefull you can help us out here, thanks!272Views0likes3CommentsEnsure users installing Outlook add-ins is not allowed affecting integrated apps/add-ins
I'm working on the usual chasing Microsoft Secure Score, one that we have that gives points and takes them away on a weekly basis is this one below. We don't have the three items unchecked in User Roles to accommodate this recommendation. So I figure it is a bugged recommendation. Ensure users installing Outlook add-ins is not allowed However it would be nice to permanently make it so. However, we have another area in M365 Admin that has integrated apps configured for a handful of third party add-ins and of course the Teams Add-In for Outlook. Would this be affected by turning on the above recommendation? Or is this just if the end user goes to add one on their own? Thank you.1.2KViews0likes2CommentsHow do you find out more about a failed MS 365 Apps for Windows Install
While investigating several APP issues that the user experienced, I came across this APP Install failure that I have been unable to troubleshoot using the approaches that are recommended. The failed status code provided indicates an unknown error, so where does one go from there?932Views0likes3Comments
