Can you share the tenant details , the Form ID and the Form name ? The Form Id might still be in the URL when you are trying to access it. @babaloxipu

@babaloxipu Sorry for the late, I just check the log, this form is a MSA form, can you share me what kind of action you are doing and caused this error?

@babaloxipu We have identify the issue, the form you are accessing is a MSA form, but when you try to access, you have your business account logged in, so that is why the error message shows up, you can try to using an incognito tab and login with your MSA account, then you can access the form

@Yao Ke Hi, I am also having this same issue - I accessed the editing link and the completion link three days ago but am now receiving this error message.

I am also facing similar issue. I have also unchecked end date, still problem remains same.

This form is currently not accepting responses.

I am running into the same problem - my form won’t load and the error page ‘something went wrong’ has appeared - any solution?

Today, we are having this issue on 2 of our 93 forms, both seemingly no longer exist but haven't been deleted by us. I hesitate to post the URLs here as they are not public facing forms (NDA's have been signed) is there a way to email you directly?

But I cannot access the edit piece: Microsoft Forms (office.com)

Hi OjasweeRB, the form you shared is under a MSA account, please open the browser in private mode, open the edit link, sign in your personal MSA account( outlook or hotmail), and try again.
