Insights from Copilot have stopped working for us
We're all licensed (verified) with M365 Copilot, and for about the last week, one of our workhorse intake forms has stopped working with regards to the "Insights from Copilot" feature. When we attempt to refresh the insights, it presents the message, "Your form has XX responses. Copilot is analyzing the data to provide insights.", then spins for about 30 seconds, and then presents the error, "The insights haven't been generated successfully. Please try again." We're syncing responses to an Excel workbook, and that seems fine, but after about a week these "insights" just started failing in this fashion. We've done basic troubleshooting like trying InPrivate browsing, cache clearing, and since we are only at about 100 responses for this particular small form we're not hitting any limits. Regardless, it's wedged stuck in this state. I reported it via the M365 Admin portal and received the usual "No issues found" reply. 🙄 Anyone else seeing this problem? Does anyone actually use this feature? 😜
Forms not loading while presenting PPT in Teams
I created a PowerPoint presentation and added a couple of polls by selecting the Forms tab in PPT. The polls appear correctly in the slides and the polling function works when not presenting live in Teams, but once I select Present in Teams, the polling slides only show blue boxes with no other content.
Transfer form Ownership to another personal user
Hi there, since I'm going to be unavailable for a couple of weeks I would like to transfer ownership of an internal form to another user who's taking over for me. I can only find the solution to transfer it to another group which is not suitable for my issue. How may I transfer ownership to another personal user?

MS Form embedded in web page does not show up on the mobile browser
I have created a Microsoft Form and integrated it into my website. When I visit the website using a desktop computer, the initial page of the form is shown correctly. However, when I access the webpage on a mobile device, the form's green page is displayed, and I am prompted to complete the form. Is there is a way to make the first page of the form automatically appear on the mobile webpage.Images not showing in microsoft forms
Hi, Please can someone help. We are trying to deploy Teams with our school to enable remote learning. We have been setting quizzes to assess understanding using Forms. However, we are getting widely reported issues of images not displaying when added to a question. Retrying in Edge, Chrome may or may not fix the issue. I have refreshed or followed the links several times myself and sometimes they appear, sometimes they do not. We just get the eternal load or the broken image link. Is there anything we can do, is it certain types of pictures etc? We have tried uploading from our PC, using built in search. Its a real flaw at the moment because students quickly switch off when something is unreliable. It makes no difference if I open via teams in browser, desktop or online. Thank you
