Re: MS Forms collaboration feature is incorrect
"Edit and view result" means that the co-author can edit the form content and view responses from the Responses Overview tab. You need to set up the correct permissions in OneDrive/SharePoint to allow the co-author to access the Excel file, as this access is not controlled by the form's settings.192Views0likes0CommentsRe: How to find the account owner of the Microsoft Forms
You can contact your organization admin to send a support ticket to Microsoft Forms with your form link. The product team will assist in providing the owner type (user/group) and the associated owner ID for your request.142Views0likes0CommentsRe: Quiz Branching with Practice Mode
I have confirmed with the product team that the bug has been fixed and the update has been rolled out. With our internal testing, we are unable to reproduce the issue you encountered. Could you provide more details so we can better understand and reproduce the problem?74Views0likes2CommentsRe: Edit response after submission
I have confirmed with the product team that there have been no changes regarding the mentioned behavior. The feature owner states that the submission date has remained the same since the feature's inception, with only the last modified time being updated. It is possible that the behavior stems from a Flow update, which might have altered the submission date initially and then reversed it. However, this has not been confirmed by the Flow product team.656Views1like1CommentRe: Allow form respondents to save and continue to fill the form later
There are a couple of ways to prioritize your request regarding this feature with the Product Team. One option is to submit your request at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/0ab9de26-ff1b-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472. Another option is to ask your admin to generate a support ticket with the Product Team, including priority business justifications.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: MS Form, Recovery accidently delete question in form
You can ask your tenant admin to open a support ticket with the product team. They will assist in restoring your questions. For instructions on how to open a support ticket from the admin center, please refer to this KB: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide928Views1like0CommentsRe: Issue with Email Not Recognized as Clickable Link in Microsoft Forms
mohsinmscse21srcms I have verified the issue based on the information you provided. The service does not recognize email formats like x.x@x.x, but it works correctly with formats like x@x.x. I have reported this bug to the product team for a fix. In the meantime, considering it may take a few weeks to resolve and deploy the fix, you can avoid the issue by using an email address that does not contain a ".".787Views1like0CommentsRe: Issue with Email Not Recognized as Clickable Link in Microsoft Forms
mohsinmscse21srcms It could be a bug in recognizing the email address within the form content. Please send me a private message with your email address. I will try to reproduce the issue and forward it to the product team for further investigation.761Views1like3Comments
