Search Folder Creation Issue
I've been using the new version of Outlook for around a year and a half without any issues. However, today I've noticed that I can no longer create Search Folders that filter emails by category. When I go through the process, I can name the Search Folder and choose the folder type without any problems. The issue occurs when I try to select the email categories. The category list appears, but clicking on a category doesn't actually select it. Because of this, I get the message "Select at least one category", even though I've clicked on one. This happens in both the desktop app and Outlook on the web, so it doesn't seem to be specific to my laptop. Is anyone else aware of this issue, and if so are there any workarounds?How to Recall an Email in Outlook
Hello, my system is a Dell Inspiron 15 and it runs Windows 11, also the software I use for emails is Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365). Unfortunately, I sent out an email that I have not fully completed with all the text and I've tried to recall the email, I am not sure if there's recall for my account or not, can someone help with recalling? I will be grateful for your advice...
unable to access secure emails in outlook classic
i am unable to access secure emails in outlook classic, but working fine in OWA and new outlook. i had tried all the possible ways to resolve the issue such as Sign out and sign in the outlook created a new profile cleared office and outlook cache cleared Rights management services cache cleared the office credentials from credential manager tried to access those emails from outlook safe mode uninstalled and reinstalled the office reconfigured the outlook nothing worked and i am getting this error
DO NOT UPGRADE TO "NEW OUTLOOK"
I would recommend not upgrading to "new outlook" - it is the worst implementation I've seen in over 30 years. It is not an "upgrade" to outlook it is a brand new application that really sucks. rules you can't change, almost no integration to contacts, contact application sucks. I can't go back because going to "new outlook" changed my mailbox. I am currently trying to move off outlook to another application - any recommendations. This implementation of Outlook is unusable. DO NOT GO TO "NEW OUTLOOK" until microsoft fixes about 100 problems.how can i unblock my personal account
Hi, yesterday I created my personal account in Outlook and its going fine, not until I try to log in on Outlook App. It keeps saying Account Blocked. Unable to delete emails
On web Outlook, everything in the primary email account behaves as expected. However, emails in a shared mailbox cannot be deleted, even though everything else in the shared mailbox works fine (i.e., I can read and send emails from it). Interestingly, if I open a new browser window exclusively for this shared mailbox, the deletion works fine. This is reproducible on both Chrome and Edge. I have restarted both browsers to no avail. Could anyone offer a tip on how to remedy this issue? I do not want to keep a new window for this shared mailbox. I prefer to manage it in the same window as the primary mailbox.
Outlook Search loses focus
Using O365 current version When clicking in the Search Box in the Title bar, cursor often loses focus and does not remain in the search bar and query is lost. Work around/Solution ( after considerable angry words ) is to click in the search box and wait to verify it remains in the box before typing the search. This is far from ideal as it slows the process down, opens things or deletes items that I do not want opened or deleted HELP!
