Help with Outlook email Archive
Hello folks, I am new here. I need some guidance. I was helped by a wonderful MS agent to help me archive my old email with a policy. But for some reason it has not worked and wiped out all my older emails than 3 years. They were very important ones to me and memories of my dad as well as legal documents and email trails. I am really stressed and cant find a solution. Any group expert here who can please help me!! I will really appreciate it. Please someone can help me?
Email sent from Shared Mailbox gets stuck in Outbox
Hello, I am working with a client who has a primary and shared mailbox in Outlook. They are using the newest version of classic Outlook desktop app and they have full permissions to the shared mailbox, including "send as" permissions. They can send email from their primary mailbox without issue. However, when they send email as the shared mailbox, it gets stuck in the Outbox and never sends. I have tried the following: 1. Removing the profiles re-adding 2. Deleting the Outlook data files 3. Reducing cache to as low as 3 months 4. Turning off cache but when I do the shared mailbox gets an error that it cannot connect to the Exchange server 5. Turning on auto-archive to shrink the data files 6. Switching to "New Outlook". This does seem to work but the company uses a plug-in for a program called "Mail Manager" and they don't fully support New Outlook yet Sometimes these solutions will fix the issue for a few days to a week but then it begins happening again. This issue does not happen when they are using the mobile or web clients. To me this sounds like a corrupted data file but I can't pinpoint what exactly is causing the corruption. Any suggestions? Undeliverable messages for every email RECEIVED, not for every email sent
Hi Every time i receive an email to my inbox, an undeliverable message goes to my junk mail. I dont think the sender gets the message as i tried a test email and i only got the one undeliverable message directly to my junk mail. My junk mail is full of these messages every day as i get one for every single message including spam emails. Please help!!
Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes doesn't work
Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes will not stay checked. Admin - Exchange - Groups - Select Group - Settings: Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes is blank, I check it and save. It shows saved. I go back into it, it is unchecked. I'm sure there is a Powershell solution but I need this working for basic techs who don't have PS access. Thanks
Quick search outlook 2021 problem
Hello everyone I have a question about searching in outlook. I am connected to the exchange server. When I do a search, it searches for letters for 3 days. today last search To make it search more, I need to click include older results How can I make it search not only for 3 days, but for a month at once? (without clicking include older results) Or should it give a full search (include older results)?
Outlook Mobile Delegate can Access Private Items
Hello all, I have the following challenge as an M365-Admin, please help me find a solution: The management team in my company have assistants. The assistants are given Full Access to the EXO Mailbox via the EXO AC. When a person from management team is sending emails which are marked as private they (the assistants) connot see these emails on their desktop outlook client - but when they access the delegated mailbox via outlook for android or ios (or on the web), they can see/view the private messages. what is the reason for that and how can i fix this?
