Dear Microsoft,

My outlook has been blocked because of sending bulk email.

When I try sending the email the below reply I receive.

(Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and its no longer allowed to send email. Contact your admin for assistance)

I have no idea who is my admin.

Please help me to solve this issue ASAP and send or receive emails back.

Thanks and Regards

Ali Noufal

Hi @Noufal810 ,

The records I see indicate that your email is with Microsoft. However, in order to troubleshoot this - you will need administrator access to your Microsoft 365 tenant. According to your previous message, you don't know who your admin is. Who set up your email?

You can also try logging in to https://admin.microsoft.com with one of your accounts and see if you get through. Perhaps one of your accounts has admin privileges.

Also, if you feel more comfortable try reaching out to Microsoft support directly, they can help to recover access.  Since you don't have access to Admin portal to a ticket, number you can find here: Global Customer Service phone numbers (microsoft.com)
